I don’t feel confident enough for doing that. I started listening to PS yesterday. Does PS contain scripting to assist me with that in terms of how should I approach (in terms of confidence I think it’s obvious that in time it should help me become confident enough for that)?

I would say “yes”…
At first times don’t do the cold approach for success (ofc you still might). The Goal is to keep yourself relaxed and aware during the experience and become empowered. So much confidence will build internally after conquering that fear.

Yes.
I noticed that if I masturbate I lose all of my attractiveness.
Also people started considering me very intimidating.
My problem so far is that I have some trouble in being myself or positive when talking to beautiful women that I’m interested into, or if I’m myself I used to feel anxious, so when I approach them they get very defensive or run away.
When those women get actually to know me, they see I’m an easy going and good guy, it’s just my aura that is very intimidating and mysterious with Ascension.
So having added PS with just 2 loops of 1s made more confident in being myself (authentic) in front of them, filled me with positivity (which also reduced my anxiety), and I express my sexuality through my body language.
With PS I’m getting back to being the social person I have been in the past, it’s just that I still feel that if I would approach at the gym it wouldn’t go well, and that is a shame. I hope that with time I will be able to feel confident and positive approaching women at the gym. Anyway I’m feeling an urge (probably coming from the PS sub) to go to bars to approach.

I was supposed to run a loop yesterday but took an extra day off. Running a loop right now .
It finally clicked for me why people sacrifice so much to achieve their goals and dreams. I sort of get it now and why it’s so important and necessary. I also understand even more so especially because of my own past mistakes and misdirection , why and how most people fall into the trap and rut of never accomplishing anything and wasting their lives on meaningless activities.
What would be alternative for Ascension confidence and anxiety related? I’ve ran Ascension for a long time and got really good results, mainly for reducing my social anxiety and having proactive mindset. But it makes me angry and irritable quite often in social situations. I want to be confident, witty, charismatic and have that ‘friendly’ aura.

^^^ disagree completely. He’s ran ascension for a long time and wants something to help reduce social anxiety further, and become more charismatic, and rather then address his goals you recommend the stack that your currently running lol?

Considering that he said what above, yes I do, and not because I run this stack but because I know it points his issues effectively.
Ascension delivers charisma enough and even more. The reason he wants “friendly” aura is that he becomes angry and irritable in social interactions. Why would he run Primal or Stark if he has self-control issues? He has a fire inside, and he will have even more problems if he doesn’t know how to use and, most importantly, control this fire.
Focus on the roots of the problem, not on symptoms.
Didn’t mention, but this is probably because I sometimes don’t like small talk. I want to get to the point ASAP, and don’t want to joke around. I had this so called problem before I ran Ascension, but it’s more amplified now except I’m not that much socially anxious.
Primal is more chill, I think this will suit you.

Primal still has a very dominating flavor to it, for his case I would go with Daredevil.
@SaintSpring Godlike Masculinity is a very bad choice for him, it will make his issue worse because this sub is all about being masculine and straight to the point which is opposite of what he wants.
