I have a question for experienced users and even the sub makers

I want to build a custom with stark black as the core
I see in the description that it says it should be used like emperor black in and out, i wanna ask why is that? What if i want to run just that for a whole year, what would be the problem with that? If there will be any, id love to know
Also when mentioned regular washouts
Does it mean the 5 days washout every 21 days cycle? If so i do it already

Do it! When I start running this sub, I’ll run it for the rest of the year, either by itself or in a custom. I like staying with subs for a long time to see what they do. Short stints with a sub mostly don’t do anything for me.

Have you ever tried a lower exposure amount or less loops during the week to balance out the effects you want so one sub isnt dominating your stack?

Yep, that’s why certain subs that I use like my reality shifter and GMX are ran only once a week or every 10 days.

Not sure it’s worth letting go of the sub for just that. I think if you just schedule and go to the gym regardless of what is going on with you internally, you will see this sub quickly accelerate your gym performance and shift gears with it to where the motivation and optimization is self generating. Sounds like you got caught in some inertia of other interests. But hey if Khan is calling…

Well you might have already known this by now, but I still am on the quest to create the perfect custom
And just to make it clear, my SB WB custom does cause physical changes too, the only issue is the lack of motivation and push, so what I’m thinking is that I’m just gonna remake it and add the extreme exercise motivation module, along with EF3 core (will switch out WB).

Well good luck man. Please post here when you’ve figured out the perfect subliminal archetype for gym motivation, cognitive boosting, relationship development, and fame/popularity. Whatever it is, I wanna run it.

I do already have one, which my Khan Chosen QTKS (don’t know if I ever posted about it), which is why I’m still waiting for Chosen to be out, so I can remake that custom with NSE, however, what I’ve been trying to do is to get those features and archetype mix with as few cores as possible (2) so it can be more comprehensive, which my SB + new Emp custom did almost achieve, but it was a bit too calm for my liking.

Honestly, I’d rather run two subs than three. I already have a couple of rounds of New Emperor under my belt. Is there enough resilience scripting in Stark Black to allow me to drop the New Emperor or should I just leave it there? I plan to create a little disruption in a specific niche with AI but I need to be focused, resilient, and disciplined enough to see it through while working a full-time job (for now).

I haven’t noticed any changes to my diet since starting Stark Black, no.

Still sticking to the same gym routines (mobility, lifting, boxing and cardio/swimming) and calories/nutrition. I’ve been consistent for a long time now, so that might be why it’s not affecting my motivation.

Discovering Myself

I wasn’t going to post about this because my life has been getting a bit crazy since starting Stark Black. Instead I will leave a small paragraph on my experience with Stark Black.

Saint will most likely say word count doesn’t really matter

Less dense subs CAN sometimes hit even harder

I know his standard answers from being here for years
