I haven’t noticed any changes to my diet since starting Stark Black, no.
Still sticking to the same gym routines (mobility, lifting, boxing and cardio/swimming) and calories/nutrition. I’ve been consistent for a long time now, so that might be why it’s not affecting my motivation.

i have a LOTS custom and a HOM/LE custom… really on the fence about making this third sub in the stack and riding it out as long as possible. overkill?

Stark Black has me wanting to work on my masculine qualities and very mindful of my tone of voice, body language, posture, certainty and clarity of speech, etc.
I noticed this because I found myself wanting to run GLM, and then realized “oh, my subconscious is ruminating on ways to improve my masculinity - that must be ASBR doing it’s job.”

I wasn’t going to post about this because my life has been getting a bit crazy since starting Stark Black. Instead I will leave a small paragraph on my experience with Stark Black.
Imagine having your life changed within one week of using a sub. Being popular like never before. Girls calling you babe and saying their excited to see you. Intelligence as if you just swallowed the limitless pill. Career advancements that take most years to get. Having some of the best communication skills you’ve ever see yourself develop and last but not least getting leaner and more attractive when combined with LoTs. Well Stark Black makes that a reality. Your reality 
Oh yeah I didn’t mention the manifestation results. That thing is on a whole different level that words can’t wait even explain.

Thought it was similar to wanted black’s amount of words (no numbers) but
Saint will most likely say word count doesn’t really matter
Less dense subs CAN sometimes hit even harder
I know his standard answers from being here for years

yeah, it’s just for my own curiosity lol, I’m a nerd about those things. Apparently, in Q times they were writing how many pages of script is in the titles but not anymore which is sad, I think it would be interesting, even though useless (and possibly confusing, exactly for the reason you mentioned) for customers
I know Khan ST4 is 13k words and Khan Black ST4 is 19k words. So I wonder how many words are in this title. I’d assume less than 13k

I can only imagine what my poor brain has been bombarded with in my multi core (used store titles) customs… like an attorney studying a case, scouring over a ridiculous amount of papers

Would it be a waste of spot to add Mogul to Stark Black, or is SB enough?
Is stacking RoS with SB not recommended (as in the case with romance titles)?

Ahh, your not exactly running Stark Black, your running Stark Black/WB I’m sure that’s quite a different beast I’m sure.
I’m sure SB +EF3 will do the trick then.

For me this title supersedes Emperor as my all time favorite subliminal… and I haven’t even done a full cycle with it.
And this is coming from someone who has ran Emperor for over a year.
Complete game changer title for me.

Hence why I mentioned that my issue isn’t necessarily SB, cause the sub is perfect, and I’m already up for a promotion 
along with the offer to perform magic at the world aquatics championships that we are hosting (got offered a few spots for the entertainment shows in the fan zone).
Like even yesterday, my popularity was the biggest reason for what I was able to do:
There’s an annual anime + video games convention that will start mid Feb, and when I saw the games up for the tournaments, I felt disappointed, so I talked to the main events manager at that company so casually (just happened to have his number on my phone from 2 years ago haha), then I got to know that the decision was made due to the lack of support from the esports federation, so what did I do? Called the president of the esports federation (cause he’s also a friend of mine), and ended up helping out the organization get more funding, for better prize pool and support, and because of that, I have secured a spot as a VVIP guest 
Only realized that SB was in full effect after the events manager of that company said that he’s never come across anyone who is so effortlessly making such big moves, and that’s when I realized just how organic SB’s fame factor is.
So yeah, just curious where my bodybuilding drive went 
cause I skipped gym yesterday as well sadly.

Is anyone else having trouble sleeping or needing significantly less sleep even on a day when not running ASBR? Ran it Monday morning and haven’t really been able to sleep more than a couple hours here and there. Don’t get me wrong I feel great. But wondering if the need for little sleep is a passing thing.
Maybe this would be a good time for me to try a polyphasic/everyman sleep schedule.
