A good sales book (even though I am far away from being an expert) is in my opinion “Never split the difference“ by Chris Voss.
Maybe the experts here can comment if they see the content as valuable.

Facial Action Coding….
Is it a book or a theory?
It’s a book (and a theory?) It’s been a long time since I’ve studied it, basically it’s a collection of snapshots of what each facial expression means - to reveal the underlying emotion / thought.
You can just search up Faction Action Coding System, I think Google will do far better justice at explaining it than I can
(I discovered it through Malcolm Galdwell’s book Blink)
@Niles recommended Taylor Welch-Winning at Sales book to me
The wisdom and frameworks of this book could be incorporated to devastating effect in a true-sell upgrade. Not just in the sales call itself but the overall ‘game’ of it. Concepts like conviction and breaking negative conviction. 1st principle thinking.
The concept of a reservoir of ‘yeses’ through visualization so ‘no’s’ don’t impact emotional disposition.
I could even see a version with morality components and not. The reason not to have it is that you still have to be effective in selling the service where you are at; a pure morality based on the concept/components in this book would cause one only to move towards very specific sales roles.
Detachment and service- only doing what’s in the client’s absolute best interest- not buying into where they lack conviction
Anyway, I can do a full write-up after I’ve finished what would be valuable. But I’m blown away at this book getting at the crux of what creates effectiveness.
Jordan Belfot talks about this too as Certainy
Many great sales reps speak about confidence, conviction, certainty, -
Many speak about detachment as well like Jeremy Miner.
Emotional well being means staying regulated -it’s a sign of abundance.
If you think about the last time you were insanely confident and certain yet detached, it was probably a pretty positive emotional experience.
Same with the last time you felt really abundant and could ‘afford’ a loss.
These are all great emotional dispositions and states of being to be in for sales
Knowledge about the product, educating the consumer about the product, and listening to determine the benefits they are looking for. Selling without “trying” to sell. Being OK with or without the sale. I’m not in that part of the business but many people buy relationships and not just the product. The transparency and engagement on this platform has me checking in daily almost like it’s social media.
@Parsifal would highly reccomend this book to you as well. You can pick up for $1 on kindle/amazon and will provide you a very strong framework for your sales career, very specific to high ticket coaching/consulting sales.
Just found this part of the HeO description in another thread. I would imagine this parts would work well in a new TS as well
- Waking up each day with an infusion of extraordinary confidence, power, and an unshakeable sense of invincibility.
- Exude a sense of security that reassures those around you, serving as a living assurance of safety for those in your circle.
- Become a pillar of reliability and trustworthiness.
- Feel a deep-rooted sense of respect for yourself, others, and the world.
- Achieve a multidimensional level of honesty—true to self, word, and actions.
- Experience liberation from societal masks, pretensions, and half-truths.
Reading in @Geoff s journal about Total Nonchalance reminded me of my latest mindset call. “Whenever you talk to a potential customer, keep in mind, that he needs us, we dont need him. We have hundreds of customers, but we are the best option he has by far”.
He didn’t mean to be arrogant, but to be totally nonchalant. The opposite of needy and begging.
Similar to dating, there’s no bigger turn off than neediness.
Easily develop a smooth, nonchalant vibe around you. Profound levels of calmness and ability to go with the flow. A natural cool factor. If you ever had trouble staying cool when under pressure, or when joking around, or even not knowing how to answer to someone else’s quips, this is what you need. Wit comes naturally with such nonchalance.
“Total Nonchalance” weaves a layer of cool detachment and effortless wit into your persona, enabling you to navigate any situation with a smooth, unflappable demeanor. This module cultivates an air of calmness and adaptability, making your wit and repartee seem as natural as breathing, further enhancing your allure and making your presence irresistibly magnetic.
Also looking at the EoG hype thread, adding some Machine Unleashed productivity to the mix would be nice.
Tune to them, once attune , we can take them on a different tune
was this ever upgraded?
Not recently. But as you can see it’s on the shortlist.
Next is probably Seductress, then Emperor: The Executive and True Social for round three Fire VS Saint.
After that T$ is one option. But there’s at least one more dev thread IIRC.
The ability to read people, their psychological “weaknesses” and NLP are must have features for True Sell. Think of expanded and tailored Eagle Eye module. I would happy to see it in The New True Sell.
Has anyone run this recently? This is one of the first subs I bought but never used it, have remained curious about it though.
Some people seemed very good at getting what they wanted while most struggle a lot.
I have notice while on routine with Khan, I observed that people who are good at this are sociable, and that was I am lacking.
“Hey can I offer you this stuff?”
I would just stare at people and wait for them to give the money to buy my goods.
That change with Khan, I mingle a lot with people I become talkative on ways I never imagine possible and f*ck at lot of women too.
Our personality has a lot to do with financial success, the ability to communicate, negotiate, and lead. The technical side is just a bonus.
any traction on this?
still following up on this lol
We are closer to the release than ever before.
Ya they’ve made comments about some features that seem to be built out. Nothing firm. But things like “you’ll like new true sell it’ll synergize nicely with ___” which assumes it’s semi built out
