The difference between thinking and knowing. Smell and touch are also pretty interesting in that regards.
2 weeks into 2024.
Having an incredible month. Very comfortable. Very smooth.
Kintsukuroi or Kinsugi.
Kintsugi is the name of the music track posted right after.

François Leclerc du Tremblay aka pere joseph = éminence grise= subconscious mind. lol
éminence grise is a powerful decision-maker or adviser who operates “behind the scenes”, or in a non-public or unofficial capacity.
Currently watching a movie. Can’t remember the last time I’ve seen one.
Stopped watching after 14 minutes. Too boring.
Gave it a chance because it had a good quote. I can’t watch movies, lol.
The fear of change is an evolutionary response to perceived threats. Familiarity is safety. The comfort zone provides the highest level of perceived safety to our brains.
Yet how interesting is it.
That the safest place can destroy you, and rob you of life itself. The comfort zone is not the safest place. It is the most dangerous place to be in.
In the dark and undiscovered cave, I may find the greatest treasure I’ve ever found. I may encounter something dangerous, or I may not.
In the comfort zone, I will never find treasure and I will encounter inevitable danger in the form of stagnation.
Unknown = ?% treasure/danger - only one way to find out. The potential for 100% treasure and 0% danger is there.
Comfort Zone = 0% treasure and 100% danger.
I don’t need courage. I don’t need inner resilience. I don’t need to conquer or overcome fear.
I fear the comfort zone far more than I fear the unknown.
In the unknown, I actually have a chance.
That appears to be the most safe.
The realizations I’m having while running subliminals are incredible. The understandings, logic and metaphors I’m using to piece them together and progress.
They’re so powerful, that I don’t want to share them with anyone except for my girlfriend.
“Keep going.”
Currently the 2 most important words to me.
No complaining, no arguing, no struggling, and no overthinking.
Understanding the goal, what is expected of me, and calmly progressing with complete acceptance in all possible factors.
Keep going.
With the knowing that as long as I do, I’ll be right where I want to be.
What a month. Unbelievable.
