“Billions of people, just living out their lives… oblivious.”
Doom is a such a good survival horror game, but for your enemies hahaha
Good music !
@Solomon Drinking caffeine for energy is terrible because it means your body is default to low energy. You’re basically using a very addictive (addictive to a level where any performance improvement is nonexistent without withdrawal) psychoactive drug to stimulate your body to spend energy that it doesn’t have.
You need to increase the default of your body to high energy, vitality, and health.
There is no shortcut or quick fix. There is only growing a pair of balls, dropping coping mechanisms and being accountable for your lifestyle without excuses.
I would suggest optimizing your testosterone and working on your nutrition habits. This should help with energy. You can do it naturally by eating the right foods, exercising, getting good sleep, keeping stress low, getting Vitamin D, etc.
Stay away from alcohol, excessive sugar, excessive caffeine, etc.
For the record, my girlfriend drinks coffee everyday. I’m saying it’s terrible if you’re using it as a quick fix for poor health, low energy, or weak lifestyle. A weak lifestyle example is being on a hamster wheel, aka working a shitty ass job and using caffeine to push through, when in reality one needs to find another fucking job, take accountability, make lifestyle changes and get out of their comfort zone. Also, burning out and using energy drinks or caffeine hits to do more… no. That’s an unbalanced lifestyle and unhealthy on all levels.
I have met some people who drink 3+ cups of coffee a day, and claim “hey bro dude, like check out all these health benefits bro.”
If I tamper with their coffee machine for a day, these same people crash out and become unproductive blobs full of withdrawal, neuroticism, migraines, low energy, lack of focus, etc. They literally can’t function.
I’m thinking “Really? It’s that easy? That’s all it takes?”.
All it takes, is for me to take away a little coffee machine to reduce an entire person to fucking nothing? That much weakness? And this is what they call “health”. Lmao. This is “health”. Unbelievable, lol.
People have no perspective of thinking because they’re so dumbed down.
That’s just how the game goes though, lol.
Low QoL mindset = Low QoL thinking = Low QoL lifestyle
@Solomon Another thing to avoid is pornography and etc. Lots of people do this thing called “NoFap” and experience having more energy. Sexual energy or whatever people call it. Most likely a dopamine thing.
These people trick their brain into getting the ultimate dopamine reward possible - infinite novelty sex with women. Then they wonder why their motivation is sub-par and they don’t have the drive to get out of bed. This is what folks do, how dumb they are. Low QoL mentality.
If you quit all of this nonsense (if you haven’t already) and get an increase in energy, you need to have an outlet to use that energy for. You’re supposed to use that energy to improve your quality of life. Socializing, fitness, learning new skills, taking action, making love, being a good person, being on top of your lifestyle and proactively doing things outside of your comfort zone. Most of these young adolescent men trying to quit porn and whatnot just literally sit around all fucking day, they don’t actually live life. One of my biggest outlets is the gym because I will literally go insane from too much energy if I don’t have outlets.
On the topic of sexual energy, I saw someone say that excess can cause people to stagnate their energy or something… I disagree. People are just stagnated in… fucking life. Lmao. Most men who start getting back in touch with their primal “hunter” energy and sexual drive after decades of being an inattentively inert potato begging to be saved from their languid existence… aren’t actualizing anything and aren’t in the game. They just cling onto the comfort zone the whole time like a monkey and then proceed to cry about why their life sucks.
Folks don’t need to “circulate” the fucking kundalini or whatever… they need to grow up, go and take-action.
Things are simple, on top of simple, however most people these days are just so unbelievably dumbed down it’s beyond ridiculous. Folks will watch fear-mongering news and violent clips on Twitter all day long, and then claim that they need CBD oil for their anxiety. The state of the world in 2023, is a combination of zero accountability, fear of everything, coping mechanisms galore, and blocking out reality checks because one is too sensitive to handle the real world due to a child-like complex.
I was laughing so hard when I was reading this, I remember my highly spritual days years ago and I was exactly like this Only focused on energy, not on being focused and grounded.
I don’t eat sugar (I do keto), Don’t drink, No drugs, perfect sleep routine, supplement stack, train 5 times a week, high testesteron + libido, redlight therapy. Think been doing semen retention for 6+ months now? Haven’t watched porn in ages.
Very true brother, I loved the rant. I’ll not overthink the caffeïne intake, I’ll just quit. I feel so much energy without it, I think it will be so easy this time.
Thanks for the time to reply!
2023 was great, and 2024 will be better.
Every year I look back no matter how good it was, or how shitty it was. I’m grateful for the experience I’ve had. I don’t judge my year or take life so seriously.
I ate my morning waffles and began to feel infinite gratitude in my body. Every little thing, it’s all so fascinating. I have everything to look forward to.
I remain patient and kind to myself, that’s all one can really do at the end of the day. Move forward into new levels of growth. Create new moments. Allow one’s self to be… free.
Today I woke up and realized how many beautiful folks I have in my life. Some with me from the very beginning. I also realized how many beautiful folks I’ve met along my journey. Those I have met. Those who have left. And those who I have yet to meet.
I realized that to be happy, sometimes all it takes is to look around and be present in the moment. To appreciate the little things and be immersed in the beauty of them. The food. The flowers. Inhaling the air. The moments. The love. The nature. The wind. Creativity itself, in all that is. Finding its way through the smallest level on this planet we call home.
Something like that.
Lol…
I never understood the coffee thing. I just don’t have the withdrawals nor do I have any effects from coffee.
I went from drinking 15 cups per day of instant coffee to 0 for 3 months. My life has not changed at all. I’m back to drinking coffee because I like it
I didn’t. I think Khan Black might fix it thought
But I’m at good health already. I’m not typical at all when it comes to nofap and nocoffee. My longest streak was 150 days of nofap and nosex
My routine didn’t change because it was already more or less good, the only thing that changed is that I was more horny in general. And at some point my libido just turned off. And then at like day 100+ it returned. And then got manageable
Okay, so here’s the thing. I just want to walk you down my own process here.
So I’m reading this and you claim that you quit a whopping 15 cups of coffee a day cold turkey and experienced zero withdrawal. You also claim to have zero effects from drinking 15 cups of coffee a day.
At first glance, I’m genuinely thinking “okay this is not normal.” That’s extremely atypical.
I give you the benefit of the doubt. Everyone’s body is different and when you factor in things like sensitivity, tolerance, genetics, and etc… sure, it’s possible that you are completely 101% immune to any effects of caffeine whatsoever, despite caffeine being classified as a highly addictive psychoactive drug well known to cause physical dependence by mainstream medical and psychiatric organizations and despite the fact that your self-diagnosis is solely based upon subjectively eyeballing based on how you feel. I give your highly atypical individual anecdote the benefit of the doubt. I really do. Even though I’ve seen people use subliminals, experience change and claim that there is zero effect through this same subjective self-diagnosis.
Then out of curiosity I click on your profile. I do this because it’s the internet and these days you don’t know who you’re talking to. Anyone can be full of shit. Just a common sense thing.
Right, and then I come across all of this:
“Night owl by nature” lmfao. You have no idea how I hard I cracked up when I saw this.
Oh?
Shit eh. Me neither.
See, this is why I treat the internet like a fucking meme. No shit you have all of these sleep anomalies. “Night Owl”, lmfao. Go and do some research on excessive caffeine intake and effects on sleep quality, sleep cycles, circadian rhythm, delaying the natural rhythm of melatonin etc. This is well-established shit.
A night owl is someone who has a longer circadian period.
Here is a study that shows how caffeine consumption pushes back the timing of melatonin release and causes a longer circadian period.
Mr “I drink 15 cups of coffee a day and have zero effects”.
Caffeine by definition is a sleep disruptor because its primary mechanism is blocking adenosine. You literally consume excessively abnormal amounts of caffeine and report disrupted sleep. It’s literally the most basic form of math ever.
TLDR:
Person claims to drink 15 cups of coffee and experience zero effects or withdrawal. Person also reports being a night owl, having irregular sleep cycles, and possibly having a circadian rhythm disorder.
Do you know how this looks to someone with common sense?
My schedule wasn’t getting any better without coffee despite my best efforts. Same thing as I’ve described above: I’d be able to follow a good schedule for a while, then it would move on its own, despite not changing my routine at all. The only thing that changes when I cut out coffee and tea is that I miss the taste.
I’m not moron, I know the science and I’ve been tracking my variables as best as I could, obviously including sleep quality, energy levels, mood, etc. Of course I don’t have the best tools for most accuracy, I used Sleep Cycle app for sleep and my quality stayed around 80-90 for the whole duration of the experiment, unless I for some reasons didn’t get enough hours of sleep.
And also, chronotypes are accepted by scientific community, there are morning larks, night owls and “third birds” which are somewhere in between. Can’t just call it BS lol. From a young age I’d always be awake at night, not being able to fall asleep at reasonable time and then I’d suffer in kindergarden, school, all the places with early start of the day. I never tried coffee before school, yet I wasn’t able to fall asleep on time despite literally lying in the dark bedroom with no entertainment for hours.
As for non-24-hour sleep-wake disorder which I was talking about, a lot of factors have to be taken account. It was even linked to myopia (if you are myopic, you are more likely to have it). Heard a case of a guy who fixed it by going on keto. I never looked deep into the topic
Go ahead and debunk me on nofap as well, since we are on it. I’ve been looking into this for quite some time.
I did that too at a young age. Everyone at a young age wants to stay up all night. That was me all throughout high-school not wanting to sleep because I can watch anime and play video games all night when my parents were asleep.
Is this an actual thing which you got checked for by a professional, or that your parents had you checked out for at any point of your childhood?
Who are myopia and keto?
15 cups of instant coffee, that’s like 900mg of caffeine - a literal sleep disrupter. You’re taking excessive amounts of an adenosine disruptor (literally the most direct interaction possible as in receptor binding). That’s logically going to be at the top of the list for any type of sleep anomaly.
15 cups of coffee a day + any type of circadian rhythm anomaly… is way too easy.
I’ll be completely honest… another suspicion thing, is the fact that
- You drink 15 cups of coffee a day
- Zero effects from coffee
- Zero withdrawal when quitting
All 3 are extremely atypical.
Then on top of that:
- You claim to have a Night Owl chronotype and throughout your youth, you’ve been unable to fall asleep at reasonable time.
This is also not normal, lol. Everything is just strange.
There is a video game called “Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice”.
This game has the most perfect negative subliminal, that I’ve encountered in a mainstream form of entertainment.
“Hellblade 's single most powerful trick is a near-constant stream of voices in Senua’s head, recorded with a spatial audio technique so they feel like they’re all around you, nagging at you, undermining your decisions and your confidence. These voices are frequently in conflict with what you’re doing and even with each other; one side can be encouraging you while the other mock you mercilessly. The effect is striking. Over time Senua’s pain becomes palpable, incontestable, especially as the stress worsens the longer these voices harangue you, the more vicious and deranged they become. It’s important to remember that you as the player, though, have the luxury of turning them off whenever you want. Hellblade 's robust bag of psychological tricks and the sheer fact of Senua’s distressing reality result in the game’s uncommon ability to capture the feelings of worthlessness, lack of control, of being misunderstood and shunned, the strange mix of hope and despair that can accompany a debilitating mental illness.”
Constant stream of negative voices using a spatial audio technique.
The entire time while you’re playing the game, lol.
Imagine looking at this game and seeing the trailer and reading reviews and thinking “fuck yeah I wanna experience what it’s like to be schizo”
Miss me with that shit bro, the media is fucked I can’t believe real people actually made this game
And they are making a sequel. Smooth brains
You sound like me, a few years ago lol.
