@RVconsultant i dont think MavericKobra had any intention of being condesending. He was just trying hammer in his point.
Leave it. There are so many examples of condescending attitude, which I can point out. But nobody is flagging those comments. It’s not getting flagged at all.
This is going under radar. Nobody is speaking about this. This guy is confused between sperm n testosterone. Between High t and low t. He thinks High T causes Hypogonadism. And he is asking me to read books. Which is an indirect comment on my intelligence. Who is going to point this out? This is an insult right? I dint flagged him. I took it like champ and replied him like a man.
I can go on and on about the biases on this forum. But that’s for another day.
I am not confused.
You’re making so many personal accusations.
No wonder the posts were flagged.
You’re making a big personal deal out of a scientific discussion.
The guy has low testosterone. Testosterone injections are going to suppress his own testicles’ production of testosterone, since it is then supplied externally. This is going to cause more severe hypogonadism, since the testicles’ spermatogenesis and testosterone synthesis will be underactive. This is hypogonadism. Hypogonadism is NOT low testosterone in the body.
It’s quite astonishing how unable some people are to argue in a calm and rational manner.
This post was flagged by the community and is temporarily hidden.
You may need to reconsider your definition of “man” and “champ.” It usually doesn’t involve being rude and making personal attacks instead of sticking to the point.
@RVconsultant, I apologize for bringing this any further, I just felt I had to defend myself one last time after the additional things he said. @ITMAN, I apologize on both our behalf that we hijacked your post. I wish you all the best and good luck with your health!
See @RockyHandsome , what to say here? These statements are right and wrong at the same time. Diwar pe sar maar raha hun.
Tell me, then, what’s wrong with it? You can’t.
Iodine increases testosterone, the thyroid is very important, so if it is missing it could explain your situation. Vitamin D also to complete.
We start out talking about low testosterone and end up with two users comparing the size of their manhood. Or am I being too direct now?
Either way, you’ve said your piece, leave it at that.
I remember reading Tim Feriss’ 4-Hour Body in which he subjects himself to all kind of crazy experiments to see if he can achieve optimal body composition in minimal time. Very interesting read even though most of us won’t have the money or inclination to repeat the experiments.
There’s a section where he tries different things to massively boost his testosterone levels. It’s been a while but I believe he succeeded to the point where he felt like tearing phone books in half. Too much testosterone may turn you into the Hulk.
As far as more manageable solutions, intermittent fasting may help raise testosterone to healthy levels. A diet higher in fat and a bit lower in proteins and fibers may also help (you might even go full Keto). Eating will always lower testosterone levels temporarily.
Obviously lower body fat levels help, since high body fat is a testosterone killer. Ironically, low testosterone is often correlated with higher body fat gains. So if you’re low it’s hard to get in shape.
HIIT training instead of steady state training has also been proven to benefit testosterone levels. So think about kettlebell swings in Tabata form for example. Or most cardio things in Tabata form, really.
I’m getting really tired of typing testosterone so many times…
Then there’s sleep, naturally. Although most testosterone benefits happen after about 3 to 4 hours of sleep, there’s still a benefit to testosterone inhibiting factors if you get a good restful night.
Although there are many claims that edging (stopping right before you orgasm) will help increase testosterone, there’s no scientific evidence. I think the benefit is mostly psychological. A state of blue balls makes men very anxious to get it on and makes them more assertive as well. I won’t deny it makes me a real dangerous bastard that takes what he wants whether people like it or not. Supposedly several historical leaders used to practice it. Churchill being one if I’m not mistaken.
That’s all I can think of right now. Besides, I’m sick of the word now.
On the flipside, male pattern baldness is caused by a t-byproduct. Most manly athletes are actually bald apparently. Low t-levels means less chance of going bald?
Hang on hear it from the horses mouth as i have said in other threads i am doing TRT I take my jabs every 10 to 12 weeks and my test levels I think are around 650 ng/dL.
I have been on TRT for 4 years not had any of these symptoms people are describing here like shrinking testicles. This only happens with those idiot body builders who want to pump their test levels to over 1500 ng/dL. This is of course bloody crazy and you are going to get all kinds of problems when you take excessive external testosterone.
Provided you go to a qualified endocrinologist or clinic to get this done and not buy some chinese shit from some dodgy website and inject it yourself your are not gonna get issues.
Sometimes I think this whole forum is full of highly sophisticated bots designed to hook users by various complicated algorithms.
Like how the hell do you guys know so much about this topic. Most people I know are good at what they do, some might even call them smart and stuff. But you guys blow my mind.
@MavericKobra @anon84605638 @RockyHandsome you guys blow my mind.
I’ll saw your fight but moving past that… I had a friend in college, he too read a lot of health and stuff. He could explain even how the chemical composition of food interacts with chemical composition of out body and level of different hormones and stuff went up and down with what food eaten when… you guys are like that
Mind blowing this forum!!
Btw, I’ll be seeing a hormone doctor, do some tests and figure out the problem
This is the best thing you are doing for health. It’s fixable issue and will change your life forever. Just keep us updated, bro. All the very best. Thank you for your kind words.
Simply because i had to fix my own low test levels and i shared my experiences on the road to fixing it. I consulted with endocrinologists to get to the root cause of my issue.
He’s onto us…
Has anyone tried Stinging Nettle Root Extract to increase testosterone?
Stinging nettle contains a substance called 3,4-divanillyltetrahydrofuran, which binds to SHBG. So, while stinging nettle root does not increase total testosterone in the blood, it does appear to increase usable testosterone levels by binding to SHBG, increasing free testosterone. Various studies confirm that stinging nettle root supplementation reduces the binding of SHBG to testosterone. There is also evidence that stinging nettle reduces the conversion of testosterone into estrogen by acting on the enzyme (aromatase) that converts testosterone to estrogen.
Anyone have experience with fadogia agrestis? Heard some good things about it, wanted to know if anyone was familiar with its effects.
Examine is usually good:
I know nothing about this substance personally.
interesting!
