Low Test. Need Help!

Guys, checked my Test yesterday and its kinda low.

I know according to the ranges in the report its normal for my age range (20-50). I’m early 20s.

But I checked on the net it the ranges are different for my age group.

Bottomline, I need more Test, so I’ve ordered some Test boosting tabs from amazon.

I cant lift weights coz if my eye problem. Doc told me not to. My eyes are weak and cant handle the pressure.

And suggestion?

How did you deal with your low Test if ever?

I’m not trying to be rude, but do not believe in that range of 20-50, your test is lower than a 70 year old man.

You have three options

  1. Change your diet, change your lifestyle completely. It may work, it may not work. Ayurveda can help. It won’t work if there is a birth defect in pituitary gland or in testicles.

  2. Subliminals will help only if pituitary gland is not defective.

If your glands are normal, and they can produce testosterone, change in lifestyle, diet or Ayurveda can help. But if there is a defect. Than option 3.

  1. Go for TRT.

You need to get your pituitary gland checked. See if there is any problem in your testicles. Even get your thyroid checked. Your SHBG, DHT and estrogen levels are also important. It gives a clear picture of what is actually happening with your test levels.

i am considering this … r u serious tho?

Yes, I am on a raw animal products diet myself. Raw meat, raw eggs, raw milk etc.

Go and read “We want to live” by Aajonus Vonderplanitz.

I will read that book.

YOu’re saying I should drink eggs right?

how raw meat r we talking? Like a little boiled?

Nah, when I say raw I mean raw.

Of course you can ease into it by for example frying the outside of the meat and leaving it bloody on the inside but all you need to know is in the book.

thanks man!

Exercise builds testosterone. Doc says you can’t lift weights, but can you do other forms of exercise? It will be necessary for you to increase your natural hormonal levels.

Ashwagandha is well known for boosting T levels in low-T males, you could definitely try that as a supplement as well.

Yeah I did that aswagandha in the past… now I’ve ordered some tabs that have aswagandha and other ayurvedic herbs and stuff…

I’m also joining a gym now to do cardio and stuff to lose weight… BMI says I’m overweight.

I’m gonna do light lifting anyway… lets see

Bro, don’t directly jump towards home remedies to cure low T, also don’t divert towards drastic food changes like Raw meat or Raw fruits.

Few things you do in this order before taking any remedies.

Trust me cause like you said you are overweight and Ashwagandha is not good for overweight people. It will further increase your weight. Don’t believe in anecdotal evidence of weight loss due to Ashwagandha.

Things to do

  1. Get your glands and organs checked. Trust me on this, there can be 100 reasons your T is low. Overweight is one of them, inactive lifestyle is one of them. Weight loss or exercise won’t change shit if you are not curing the cause.

  2. Go see a doctor with detailed report. Know whether it’s curable or not. In some cases it doesn’t matter what you do, that thing is incurable. Or maybe it’s nothing and with right treatment you can get cured in a month.

  3. if it is curable you have these options

A) Countinue allopathy

B) Visit a trusted ayurvedic doctor, he will check your pulses/ Nadi. He will tell you your Prakarati (Body nature) and Vikruti ( Body defects). Which is consist of three doshas. Vatta Pitta Kapha.

After that your doctor will give you medicines as per the nature of your body. And it will cure you in matter of months.

C) along with Al this you can listen to Paragon ZP and Regeneration ZP

D) Once you have strength, you can exercise, again ayurvedic doctor will tell you what to exercise according to your body nature.

  1. if it is incurable

a) Go for TRT, it will change your life. There is no shame in it. Also, you will be able ro reproduce. Your doctor will explain you the cycle.

There is no one diet that fits all.

If you still want to do home remedies, Eat Shilajit for power. Ashwagandha leaves for weight loss and high T. Honey water for better eye vision. Half tablespoon of Ghee with milk for strength and stamina.

And You can always listen to Paragon and Regeneration.

All the best.

Most Most Important : For your eyes, brain, ears throat. Fill luke warm pure ghee in a dropper, put two drops in both nostrils three or four times in a day. It will strengthen your eye and all other senses.

I am just looking back at this thread and that 248 ng dl is low. Before i underwent TRT i was around 350 ng dl and i am a middle age man. Now i am around 700 ng dl.

I really feel that you have to get this properly checked out by an endocrinologist. Doctors know next to nothing about hormones and they give crap advice.

The problem is even if the pituitary gland does create enough luteinizing hormone it still might not be able to initiate testosterone production in the testicles because the testicles might be a problem.

When i did my original blood test my LH was high but my test was still low. So i reckon I do have some issue producing test in my testicles. Hence me getting TRT.

What i would suggest is give the subs a miss for now and go and see an endocrinologist.

By the way I would be interested to see your levels of LH.

By doctor i also meant an endocrinologist. I thought it was understood. It’s an endocrine related problem so he should get treated by endocrinologist and not by a General physician.

@MavericKobra i understand in the UK we call a doctor a doctor or GP general practitioner. When patients have hormone disorders the doctor/GP would send them to a specialist in this case it would be an endocrinologist.

If you can’t lift weights try HIIT. Done properly it may raise Testosterone.

Personally, my recommendation would be to try everything before taking anything that would artificially raise it. You don’t want your body having to rely on anything external if you can avoid it.

Diet, exercise and sleep should make a difference. Also, don’t forget the emotional and psychological side of things. Spend time going out with your buddies doing and speaking about “guy stuff” vs. staying alone or in the company of women engaging in quieter activities.
