This Shit won’t work. It will work as a band aid for some time. So if your test is 250 it will increase it to 350 and you will see the difference but after some time your base of 250 will decrease to 200 because you are not treating the true cause of your illness. Hence the booster over the time of will take your test levels to 300 instead of 350. And this cycle will continue, till even after taking this pills your test is 250.

People on TRT face same kind of issues. But on a higher level. Their test levels fluctuate through out the week. Still their test levels are mostly above 650 levels so it’s not an issue.

You need to get yourself checked properly. Get your glands checked, your levels checked. And then along with the treatment you should add these pills.

Also, Ashwagandha makes a person fat. It won’t slim you down. And if you don’t have a GF, you will get so horny on these pills, despite low T, you will jerk all day every day. If you have a partner, it’s ok to take these pills.

Moreover, if you have joint pains, you’re skinny fat or you look fat but your weight is not high. You have Gas problems. You have less hair on body. You can’t stand cold weather. In short you’re intelligent person with weak body than taking these pills is like playing with double edged sword.

I guess the normal treatment would be TRT? I don’t know if they do it for such young guys. I know older get it if they have too low test. That is going to induce hypogonadism if anything. I guess it would be wise to try to check out some natural ideas before going that route. DHEA comes to my mind as an excellent option considering that it’s a prohormone of testosterone – it converts into androgens. This would seem like the most natural way to go about addressing the issue of hypogonadism at young age. It’s at least worth a try. The testicles also require very cool temperature to synthesize test, just a little too warm and it is inhibited drastically.

Maybe the whole herb, but I’ve never, ever, heard or encountered that about the root extract (most common being KSM-66). It reduces the hormone cortisol which if anything is going to speed up metabolism.

Ashwagandha leaves are used for weight loss. Ashwagandha root extract is used for muscle building. If you don’t work out while taking Ashwagandha root, it will make you fat. And you are already fat, start with Ashwagandha leaves for 6 months and then switch to Ashwagandha roots.

Regarding his Low T and TRT. There are many ways to treat Low T, TRT is one of many ways. You can follow TRT at any age. Obviously 18+.

TRT is prescribed if pituitary gland or testicles are not working properly. If the glands are working properly, and there is some other issue like Thyroid, inflammation, blockage then there are other treatments.

But TRT is going to cause more severe hypogonadism and less sperm production.
It’s a very significant decision that can have a major impact on his life.
It will suppress his own testosterone production.

Give the body more DHEA, and the testicles themselves have more fuel to synthesize testosterone on their own. I think this is worth a try before breaking the balls?

Muscle building is hardly a common use of Ashwagandha root. The only identified mechanism of action I’m aware of is on the HPA axis, reducing cortisol. This in turn may have a minor impact on sex hormones and muscle mass. This study said 1%: Effects of Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) and Terminalia arjuna (Arjuna) on physical performance and cardiorespiratory endurance in healthy young adults - PubMed.

His test levels are already down. Yes TRT wont lower in his case, he will shoot blanks. No sperm at all. But whenever he wishes to be a father, his doctor will take him off the TRT and will give him another hormones which will help him became a father. Once he is a father he will again come back to TRT.

TRT will cure his Hypogonadism. Not increase it. Hypogonadism is caused by low T, and not through high T. TRT will increase his T and wont lower it. :man_facepalming:t2:

Regarding, Ashwagandha, i don’t know what point you are trying to make. And I’m referring to Ayurvedic text, regarding Ashwagandha. Which is tried and tested for 1000s of years. Not referring to any article.

There is no medicine which helps in direct building of muscle or loss of body weight. Everything works indirectly. So does Ashwagandha.

TRT can do extensive permanent damage to the reproductive system, there’s a much lower chance of fertility. Sperm production is not something that can be fired up again with a shot of a hormone.

No, it will treat the symptoms, but it will cause more severe hypogonadism. Hypogonadism is the lack of sex hormone production in the testicles. You said it yourself: On TRT, he will not have any sperm and his testosterone production will be suppressed.

I thought this was a scientific discussion. OK. Anyway, I just wanted to give him another point of view before rushing to go get TRT, which might ruin his life. There are more natural options to try first. Good luck my friend @ITMAN

I have no idea what you’re on about. Get a science textbook! I’m done. I belive @ITMAN is intelligent enough to judge what step to take now that several perspectives have been presented.

It was flagged because you were taking a condescending attitude towards others, even if you think you’re not doing anything wrong. You can be direct without insulting.

You insulted his intelligence and maturity.

You all, please stop confusing or justifying insulting others with “being direct”. Even if you indirectly insult someone else, I still expect others to flag such a reply.

You all are welcome to share information and ideas, but there will be respect.

I know several middle age who have been on TRT for years without issues. The clinics carry out regular medical tests to ensure everything is stable.

As MavericKobra has said if you come off TRT your body will go back to normal and produce sperm eventually. Thats if you want to have children for example.
