For people with more experience, their subconscious probably has the proper foundations to process similar information (subliminal) so it might not be as energy intensive or destabilizing unlike people with less experience.
And stonewalling might come in with such forceful compellation, especially if the change achieved to energy consumed ratio is not worth it.

Regarding what I talked yesterday about my sister and her husband thinking of separating, I had a chance to talk to both of them today and I convinced them to stick it out.
Something about Khan ST4 Core, Godlike Masculinity and Lion IV modules snapped into place and I told them what they were doing right and wrong without worrying about what they thought about my opinion of their actions. I think it worked since my sister agreed that she made some mistakes in the way she was treating him and she agreed to some demands from him instead of her acting masculine as if she is the man of the house. And my brother in law said that he gained some perspective so that’s a good thing too.
Both have some serious issues with their gender roles which is affecting the way they treat each other and even if this was a good subliminal result, am not sure how long it will hold for them. Regardless, I wanted to give credit where credit is due to my ALPHA custom and hence this post.

Will be doing a washout and rethinking my stack. Am not happy with a couple of things especially the direction my life is currently going in. And since my life doesn’t meet some minimum requirements that give me the freedom to be who I want to be and do what I want to do, I have to do some serious thinking on this.
Part of me is asking me to do the Expansive-Restrictive-Balance stack for INFJs which is CHOSEN-Emperor-RM/StarkQ. Another part me is thinking of something like RAPHAEL + another title. Still another part wants a total change.
Either way, the washout will give me some clarity especially if it is recon.
Day 1
Renaissance Man
WANTED
So the last 9 days was mix of washout and running RAPHAEL ZP for a few of those days while I contemplated on my stack. And yesterday I had this thought: I was the one who asked for Paragon, Renaissance Man and WANTED to be made. And SaintSovereign and Fire were kind enough to fulfill those requests. So what am doing running complicated customs and being undecided on what main store titles or customs to run?
Which led me to make the following decision: I will run the 3 titles I had wanted the most (Paragon, RM and WANTED). With the slight difference being that instead of having Paragon in my stack, I will use my Paragon Custom which is RAPHAEL ZP.
Both RM and WANTED will provide me everything else I want (creativity and good looks) so why make customs of them? Will run them a bit longer before using their custom versions. Plus 1 custom and 2 main store titles is a better stack compared to 3 dense customs. Especially at the start.
So, now am going forward with my “Lord Byron” stack. Which is:

Renaissance Man

After I made this decision, even my subconcious told me “Finally you get it. What took you so long? When the student is ready, the lesson will appear I guess”
So the past 2 weeks were pretty fun having RM and WANTED in my stack. If you ever want to improve your text game, use those 2 together. It made me so good at it that I had 2 women end up thirsting over me on FB messenger just by the way I used words to arouse them (one of them being a published author).
To be frank, I have been pretty decent in the art of attraction through the written word before due to my own fascination with writing but RM + WANTED took it to the next level.
Having said that, I have decided to change my stack. The reason being that it is all well and good to have women thirsting over me but to put it all to good use, I need to be financially independent from the family business, find my own purpose and be truly independent.
I asked SaintSovereign for his advice and he said that both Emperor and Stark will do the job for the above stated goals but Stark will be less hard on the family as compared to Emperor (since Stark is more socially savvy is my guess).
In addition to Stark ZP, am making a new custom which will be a combination of healing and physical shifting. Mostly the former rather than the latter:
This has many modules from my RAPHAEL ZP custom but I wanted to combine healing and physical shifting in one custom so that I can run it with Stark ZP every other day.
Also, will be running RAPHAEL ZP once a week or so for the Emotional Healing modules in it and the extra physical healing as well.
After these foundational goals are reached, I will go back to my “Byron” stack which is RM + WANTED (along with Khan most probably).
So, you are adding two more physical shifters. Raphael has 5 (I just checked, haha). This one has 7.
I, as you know, placed more physical shifters into my recently built custom. I’ve run it two times so far.
Honestly, I am having a good feeling about it.
But it’s unlike me to go outside the recommendations. (Though this recommendation was somewhat looser.) Anyway, so far I’m really liking it. And I even feel like I may be sensing some initial effects (unusual for me to feel that so rapidly).
Anyway, this custom looks healing and empowering. I wish you ever-increasing vitality and wellbeing.
Lol! I actually had more physical modules in the new one but trimmed it down a bit after I showed it to @Floridianninja who thought it has too many physical modules in it. He had a point there.
But yeah, am thinking on whether to pause RAPHAEL for a while and stick to only the new one for some time and see how that goes.
Am guessing you are talking about your Pools of Healing. I quite like that one and have been wanting to make a custom of both physical healing and shifting for some time now.
That way I don’t need to run WANTED and Paragon and could focus on some health challenges I have been having while at the same time work on the weight loss, hair and male enhancement. As I mentioned before, I had more looks modules but decided to not have them for now. Focus on some important things first. Can always make new customs later.

I did notice an increase in creativity and empathy. Of course these are standard sales page benefits.
You won’t be overloaded by other people’s emotions as Empaths usually have that problem. Rather you will understand other people’s feelings while at the same time not be overcome by their negative energy.
For me creativity usually results in writing well. So that translated to a couple of poems.
Also you will get a thirst for consuming knowledge on different topics just as a Renaissance Man would.
Can confirm all this in both Qv2 and ZP. But with ZP it is way quicker and feels more natural.

Took a break from subliminals for the past 10 days. A combination of taking a washout so that I could run Stark, taking time to think over my WANTED + Paragon custom and having my sister and her kids at my place for their holidays (they left yesterday night), had me being pretty chilled out and take a “subliminal vacation”.
Ended up building a pretty dense WANTED + Paragon custom. And that too in ZPT2! Here it is:

Other than that, my stack will be Stark. Am keeping the 3rd slot of my stack free for when I want to have fun or experiment with a subliminal, old or new (looking at you CHOSEN: The Way of Nature). That way I can satisfy my shiny-object syndrome without having to throw my whole stack away. Will take the required washouts when changing that 3rd title of course. Am all for following the ZP Listening Instructions.
Am expecting a lot from Stark. As mentioned before, SaintSovereign had recommended this to me in my search for freedom from family and my own self-imposed limits, and for finding my sense of purpose and financial independence.
Already Stark helped me out this morning as I woke up to relieve myself when I had to this urge for some sexual release. And the thought came to my mind (like Jarvis in the Iron Man suit advicing Tony Stark but in this case I had “Stark in my head”) and it went like this “You are no simp or beta fantasizing over women. Focus your energy to achieve success such that women will look at your social media and masturbate thinking of you. And also chase you too”
I grinned and thought back “Hell yeah”

Am getting back my interest in learning about tech and was watching a couple of videos on linux and computers on youtube. Stark is pushing me back into that am sure.
The difference between Stark and RM in my personal experience is that Stark will direct you towards something that will be the all-round best option in terms of wealth, what you already know and focusing on one thing (possibly your purpose) while RM is more related to creativity, a thirst to learn what you don’t know and the unfocused but fun way of traversing various disciplines.
Stark is the specialist/genuis/master of one.
Renaissance man is the generalist/polymath/jack of all trades.
(I know that monomath is the opposite of polymath and that there are polymath genuuses, but I thought those words fit better the way I used above).
Would be interesting to see how Stark + RM will stack. KNOWITALL-LIST/OMNI-MATH/MASTER OF ALL TRADES lol.

Moving on, its been a while since I ran Emperor. Not run the ZP version yet! Lets see how this bad boy is.
Am thinking of running certain titles on a trial basis until I find something that works for me. After that I will make customs based on those titles.
For example, if I feel that Emperor is the right one for me after running it for a cycle or two, I will make an Emperor custom. Or even continue running it as it is.
What happened to going back to Ascension? Did I miss something 
Also, how come you don’t have sps lymphatic system in that custom? Have you ran it before?
