Less is more? (Listening to 5min instead of 15min eod with better results and less recon?)

Hi,
there is an article about how listening to subs for a shorter period of time is supposed to be more effective even with the bonus of less potential for recon.

I am new to all this and working on having an optimum schedule for myself to stick for longer.

What is your take on this particular subject? A friend of mine, who brought me to this, told me he is doing 4 subs for 5min eod (mo, we, fri) with good results and no recon.

I am considering maybe trying the same. So I’m curious to hear what experienced users say. The official track time is 15min. If less is more effective, that’d be an ideal situation.

For me i had very bad headaches when i listened to all 15 mins. Wasn’t seeing much progress as well. When i dropped to 3-5 mins loops it elevated my headaches also i started to see results better. Probably depends on the individiual tho. For me it took several 15 mins loops to realize i wasn’t feeling good. Try that and see if you are experiencing recon. If you are just drop to 3-5 mins even 1 minute maybe. I do occasionally (At the start or at the end of a cycle) listen a 15 minute loop tho as i’m going into a rest period anyway.

You can experiment and find your sweet spot. I for instance had crazy results with WB, running at 30s loops, but 3 minutes hit me so hard I wouldn’t even dare start with 5. Literally recon all week. And zero results too.

I recommend start with 30sec and then increase every week or so, and see how you react. Sometimes recon hits a day or two + after, so I would evaluate it weekly.

With dense titles like WB I would run it 30 sec for a full cycle, that sub is awesome and it’s recon scared me, just to be on the safe side.

30 second loops? Is that enough?

i did that with WB, HeO, Mogul and DRLD. it’s enough.

the productivity effect stayed with me for around 5-6 days using 30s of mogul.
the social effects of 30s of WB were instantaneous.
HeO & DRLD took effect after a few hours of listening to the 30s microloop.

Honestly, 30s works way better than I expected.

elevated or alleviated?

It’s important to know, that the whole script is included in the first three minutes.
So don’t fear to just get the first half of the primer if you just listen to three minutes instead of 15.

Lmao yeah its “alleviated” my bad.

Okay now what you wrote makes some sense lol

Your enthusiasm as someone beginning their sub-club journey is great. It’s important to keep things simple, consistent and maintain patience.

3-5 min loops for 3 cycles of up to 3 subs (as recommended by the creators) is a safe and proven method.

The main goal is to get life-changing results and the less is more approach seems to be highly recommended these days. Some people only listen to 1 sub for months as a single focus approach. Just food for thought, wish you the best!

It’s less to process for your mind. In my case it was enough. I am sure the more you can handle the better, so I am sure if I could handle 15 minutes I would get even more results.

I definitely can’t handle 15 minute loops. I felt super ambitious and had this attitude of I’m strong and I’ve got this. This led me to almost quitting subs completely multiple times. Manifesting people and situations to confirm subs are bad, subs are harmful, subs are hindering my progress. I don’t need subs to get results. I would have got here anyways. Blah blah blah.

I’m glad I caught on to this vicious cycle I put myself in.

I have experimented with different listening times and I think that 3-5 minutes is safe for me. I do like to start or end my cycles with a full loop. I do best listening to 2 subs one day 1 sub the alternate day with a 3 sub stack.

I may consider 30 second loops when recon is becoming too heavy for me as well as more rest days as needed.

I’m a highly sensitive person with extreme empathy so I’ve gotta be mindful of that.

I’m curious how people do with just listening to each of their titles in a stack once per week.

I hear you, we’ll Saint hinted that with v3 we might only need to listen to a sub once every couple of weeks if I recall correctly. That sounds exciting.

I listen to 15 min loops , after 3 years plus I’d assume a person could handle it but obviously we are all individuals with different tolerance levels to these subs .

For reducing recon I have collected so far:

  • not to overdo listening to subs, taking breaks (For me that is quite a challenge, as there are so many things I want to work on)
  • hydrating with enough water
  • enough sleep
  • good food
  • sport
  • walking in nature
  • get into action that is coherent with the goals

What are some other tips on reducing recon? Are there subs to reset recon? I think I have seen some of these on YouTube, I don’t remember what they were called, Boosters or so.

So far my side effects when I overdo subs of recon are tiredness, brain fog, few times headache. I am new to this, but I have read it even is less effective that way. So I have to really slow myself down not to get into the next shiny syndrome as I feel like I need most subliminals and I would want to go for hours every day.

I’m aware now that’s counterproductive and the challenge for me is to chose a few right ones and stick with them for good. I just have too many goals and subjects to heal that i feel I could use almost every sub.

The thing is I have a strong desire to improve myself and life in the fastest way possible. I’m aware though, that changes do require time and patience.

That sounds very exiting indeed, if results are as good!

Thank you so much for the compliment. Indeed, I am enthusiastic about subs, because I feel it has real potential for self and life improvement, that I really need and been working on for years now with other means, so I’m eager to learn about it.

And thanks for your advice. I try to siplify it as much as I can. I have the tendency to overdo things because I’m eager to finally improve things I’m fed up with in my life. But I understand that subs don’t work like “more = better”

Now I need to really decide which ones I should do, which makes it hard, seeing that many subs and soo many of them seem interesting to me.:face_with_head_bandage:

Journal my friend, highly underrated.

If you could snap your fingers and achieve one thing tomorrow, what would that be? Trust the first thing that comes to mind.

Or what’s the one thing that if you improved or fixed, would make everything else 100x easier or better?

Just dropping by that this was never confirmed.

On fact IIRC saint denied it and said quite cryptically “it’s not so simple “
