I am currently running my “anti ageing custom” once a week which is composed of three cores legacy of the spartan, khan black stage 3 and spartan apex.
I want to re-run khan black stage 2. for one cycle can i do this whilst still listening to my above 3 core custom.
My concern is running two stages at the same tim might cause issues ?
I have yet to re-read the program descriptions of Khan Black, but my first impulse is to say that it’s just fine for you to run this custom together with Khan Black Stage 2. Mainly because you’ve already worked through all 4 stages of Khan Black in the past. If it was a brand new program to you, then I’d advise against it. But this way, I think you and your mind kind of know what to expect.
