Khan Black & Foundations journey

Dealing with feelings of insignificance. The work y’all.

It’s spooky how things manifest dude.

I was processing some stuff and just sitting around breathing through it, and then decided to open a book laying around. Have had it for months, never read it. And like 20 pages in and they are talking about the exact same thing I’m currently processing.

This has happened many times before but I’ve never thought of it as manifestation. Lol

It’s so cool.

There’s no way I could have known the content of this book. Perhaps my subconscious did a statistical decision/guess based on the title to nudge me to buy it. Because there’s no way it knew that the paragraph I’m reading would be there.

My subconscious must have been like:
”Hey get this book, we’re cooking and in a couple months this book might come handy when I bring some shi@$ up!”

Processing is deep. I’m better equipped to dig some more.

It’s a life long journey, you uncover more bs with the successes and living life and you perhaps get better equipped and ready to process some stuff and hit a new level. Sometimes you just get better mindset and embodiment but the external results might be the same but you have higher QoL or more energy. It’s all good. Things are just a little bit better or easier.

Oh the Khan is sexual energy and energy cultivation for qigong/neidan. For spiritual purposes, also foundational for alchemist and aeon which I plan to run later.

The others act also as foundational work for Khan/Stark or other badass subs.

Another reason for GLM/DRR is to improve processing and ”doing the work”. And I’ve seen massive improvements there. Increased processing speed and space and ability to process. Space for things to surface. Courage to face it. Patience to face it. A pause between stimuli and reaction. And with time I’ve gotten better to be patient and try to understand what’s happening and why. Later, proactively processing it.

It’s good.

Most importantly, patience and compassion. One day at a time and it’s ok.

Confidence that I’m capable to handle the processing. But also patience and compassion when it’s too much. It’s ok, we’ll take our time.

How do you eat an elephant?

One bite at a time.

What do you guys do when emotions or trauma triggers surfaces and there’s no clear reason or you can’t see it and it’s just there. So you can’t reason or reframe, because you don’t see the cause currently.

Currently I’m trying to just breath through it. Experience it I guess. But my gaming meta head is thinking if this is the way. Most likely it is correct and I’m just trying to escape it by researching meta how-to’s.

I like to “mythologize” exactly what I’m experiencing, sometimes leaving it open ended.

After that, I just let my days flow.

The rest of the pieces tend to come together/resolve on their own.

I see, get creative with it.

Honestly, you don’t even need to get creative.

The intention is more of raw expression, in a way that feels compatible.

It might make sense or not.

I mighty sit down and doodle with the emotions if I’m unable to just sit with it.

Care to give an example of your mythologize action or output?

True growth, authentic growth.

You know it’s like when you get into supplements. You get Magnesium, you get some Vitamin D because your blood test actually showed you’re deficient. Improved your life, true growth, authentic growth. Then you become a supplement junkie buying stuff to optimize your whole life, but in the end it’s actually just emotional, you’re trying to compensate for bad diet, bad habits, bad sleep and lack of self-worth, associating your self-worth with personal development or supplements. Turning into a perfectionist. Looking for band-aid solutions, escapism, quick fixes.

Likewise with personal development. I am in a phase in my life where I am trying to actually improve my QoL and face the issues I have in my life. Because if you’re just looking for books or courses, you’ll always have stuff to improve. But are those things actually what you need RIGHT NOW?

It’s like it’s entertainment lol like a hobby.

Except it reinforces your lack of self-worth and enjoyment.

Don’t know if this makes sense, but this is what I’ve been processing lately.

This is one of the quickest one I could find on here

Breakdown

It’s open-ended in the sense that I’m both speaking to myself and someone out there.

At first, it seemed like I was just trying to capture lightening in a bottle at the time. Writing shit that didn’t make immediate sense.

Upon meditating on it later, I discovered subconscious structures that associated with feeling/being inhuman.

With most of who I believed I was, a construction so I could feel human, by being acknowledged as so by other humans.

These are structures I’m still working with now.

Most of them happen on the fly, on a ride, a walk, mid conversation, in silent moments, anywhere. I removed the rigidity of limiting myself to writing/typing. The trade-off being that most of them are left in the flow of life and consciously forgotten.

The ones I sit to write/type about are the ones that I so desperately avoid.

I love and accept myself as I am in this moment right now.

I love and accept my life as it is in this moment right now.

I am committed to growth and willing to experience all that growth entails.

Switched out Stabilizer/Reforged to Lovebomb. Self-love, self-worth and self-esteem is so key. :key:

Focused on healing rather than alpha stuff.

Doing alot of journaling. Feeling lost at times.

Been chilling all day today. Had a nice guy hangout on an island on the country side a week ago. Felt primal and good for my soul. Fishing, sauna, lake swimming, barefoot walking and chilling. Need to do this regularly.

This part of William Penn book I’m reading made an impression on me. I had chat gpt (ironic) write it in modern language and it even greater impression of me. Btw it seen it added things from other parts of his philosophy (hallucinating?) but the essence of the text I read is there.

Before I paste it here, today I did 03:00 of DRR/GLM and KB ST1.

Text here

William Penn, Some Fruits of Solitude (1692) - Section 1: “Ignorance”

  1. Ignorance It is lamentable to think how many millions of people live and die in a total ignorance of themselves, and of the world they live in.

  2. A Strange Contrast If you look at the great and costly structures of men - such as Windsor Castle, Hampton Court, or other magnificent palaces - you will find that thousands of people crowd to admire them. Yet those very same people remain utterly ignorant of, and indifferent to, the magnificent living structure of their own bodies, which are far greater masterpieces of divine architecture. They are the houses of their minds, walking tabernacles, yet they rarely take the time to inspect them or understand how they work.

  3. The Book of Nature The world is a great and stately volume of natural things, filled with the hieroglyphics and handwriting of Almighty God. Every creature, plant, and element holds a lesson. Yet, like uneducated people who cannot read, we pass through this magnificent library without understanding a single line, treating the world around us as if it were nothing more than a blank sheet of paper.

  4. The Error of Schools Our educational systems are largely to blame for this blindness. Instead of teaching young minds to observe and understand the real world - the earth beneath their feet, the plants that feed them, and the mechanics of nature - schools force children to spend years memorizing dry rules of grammar, rhetoric, and dead languages. They burden memories with things that are of little use for real life, while leaving students entirely strangers to the works of nature and the true operations of creation.

  5. Learning from Nature By doing this, schools teach ignorance rather than knowledge. They fill children’s heads with words while leaving their senses starved for reality. A true education would lead us to look closely at nature, to study its simple laws, and to see the wisdom of its Creator reflected in every physical thing.

  6. The Moral Consequence This widespread ignorance of nature and ourselves is not just an intellectual loss; it is a moral one. Because people do not understand the value or the divine craftsmanship of creation, they abuse it. They treat animals, plants, and the earth carelessly or cruelly.

  7. Knowing the Creator through Creation In short, how can we truly love or value the Maker if we do not know or care to understand His workmanship? To be ignorant of creation is to be ignorant of the Creator. True wisdom begins when we wake up from this sleep of ignorance, open our eyes to the world around us, and study both the physical universe and our own souls with humility and wonder.

Massive insights. Massive processing.

Awareness of the small things I mess up internally, without judgement. Just pure surgery, surgeon, impartial, removing the little buggers.

Washout now.

People like my new look. I went full beard during the summer, no shaving no nothing, looking like Robinson Cruse. Started work again, trimmed it a little bit and people like it alot. Which is good, but I would have kept it either way.
