Washout
After washout I will swap out Emperor, which I’m running since Nov. 23, with Ascended Mogul. Since I’m still in a employed position, it will hopefully help me currently more than Emperor. I hope to be more grounded and less “nerved out” but still maintaining status and a wealth mindset.
Washout ends tomorrow. This time the washout was easier than the last times. I experienced less existenial crisies. Everything went smooth. I will still stick to my plan and swap out Emperor for Ascended Mogul for at least the next 3 cycles.
My new stack will be: Ascended Mogul + Limitless + Spartan Apex Warrior

Some updates: I’ve gotten a bit more flexible lately. Can’t be from my training routine since I haven’t changed much, but I’ve noticed more flexibility in my legs. There’s also a small vein starting to show in my left biceps. So two of my goals are progressing nicely. Also, sitting in a good posture position is rather simple (even for long periods of time).
Ascendes Mogul manifestations are showing up in how I finally did two things this weekend that I’ve wanted to do for a long time but kept putting off because of weird internal dialogs. First, I went on a beautiful trail run yesterday through a small canyon nearby. My dog absolutely loved it! Then today, instead of just walking my dog, I took him out with my bicycle for the first time. He was initially a bit nervous about the bike, but he did amazingly well! What’s significant about these activities isn’t the actions themselves (they seem minor to outsiders), but the fact that I simply went ahead and did them. I pushed myself out of my comfort zone. The other thing about it is how I communicated them to my spouse: I did it in a clear and confident manner in an positively assertive way and faced no rejection.
Limitless is manifesting in a healing way. I haven’t noticed improvements in my cognitive abilities specifically, but rather in how I reflect on my own thoughts and behaviors. I’m refelect more deeply about what I do, say, and think, which gives me better insights and makes changes easier to implement.
Yesterday Spartan Apex Warrior kicken in and I got motivated to do Obi Vincents extreme Kettlebell follow along workout (after my regular workout). Completed it with a 16kg Kettlebell

Washout
Limitless, Spartan Apex Warrior and Ascended Mogul is a massive healing stack. I didn’t expect that. It reveals deep-rooted patterns and points the finger where it hurts. I had some very profound revealings on it and are still working through some old and ill-serving patterns. Not quite where I want to be, but the way becomes clearer and clearer.
Today would have been the last day of washout. But recognizing that a lot of processing is still going on, I prolong it for some days.

Underway. Effort pays off. Some T-shirts are tight around the upper arm. Gained 2kg.
- Get some popping veins
One new vein is slightly visible

Higher magnesium intake shows some effect, but have to do more flexibility exercises.
- Increase my income by 10% by starting my side business seriously
This weekend sent some invoices for my side business, amounting to approximately 8 to 10% of my annual day-job income
- Full commitment at my current job (make everything shine and ready to let go)
Full fail. Need to work through some serious mental blocks here!
- Understand and speak Italian
Learn every day. But commitment is not very high. Are a little pissed because the effort does not show so far (thought I see some tiny bits of improvements).
