Nice @TheProdigyofWagdou i have spartan in my custom with LOTS my goal is healing as i am going through some spinal cord back treatment.
I read somewhere that one user of Spartan Apex a guy tried to do a throat strike to him after he jumped in front of him at the atm but he dodged and fired a snap kick to his groin then fired a pak mei punch to his chest to slow down his heart.
The guy stumbled backward.
Less missed workouts and more focus on having a good diet without having to white knuckle it .
On Spartan Apex Warrior (along with Limitless and Emperor) for a month now. When I looked in the mirror yesterday evening, I noticed my biceps and chest appear bigger than they were a month ago. Awesome! I’ve even noticed my wife touching my chest and biceps more often recently 
@RockyHandsome When I first started Emperor, I noticed after 2-3 months that my reflexes improved. I could catch falling objects that would have otherwise hit the floor—something I was terrible at before 🥹. These improvements were clearly from Emperor. As for cognitive effects, I experienced the most noticeable changes with Beyond Limitless. To have some noticeable effects on Limitless, I think I run it not long enough.
Another update regarding my journey on Spartan Apex Warrior. I’m now in the middle of my second cycle with this title and I recognize huge improvements. Over the past two weeks, I have observed an increase in my running speed. I ran 10 seconds faster per kilometer than the week before, and the week before I was 7 seconds faster than all the weeks and probably months before. And that without changing my training schedule. My lifting and Kettlebell-Workout has also improved. I also had an urge to give more focus on my abdominal muscles. Now they are long and strong, but I prefer to have them more bulky.
The overall feeling of this sub is that I have more muscle strength and can push them harder. I also recognized that I pedal harder when I’m cycling and give more power to the pedals than before. This sub is gold for me. I feel more “berserk” on it, more raw and powerfull 
Another observation on Spartan Apex Warrior: I’m able to maintain an ideal sitting position (like in the image below) for a long time. I could never hold that position for that long before running this title. A nice and unexpected, but most welcome, side effect 
@TheRock I can see you are putting alot of sweat and tears into your workouts and getting the well deserved results.
Thank you. Spartan Apex Warrior makes it a lot easier to put the “sweat” in and the results are more obvious.

I just started up today on Spartan store.
I ran the previous core in a custom for 12 cycles with Aegis: Survival Instinct.
Yea, I don’t know if Spartan got the NSE update. I think it was one of the titles that got updated right before the new era.
Plus we still have that long awaited Aegis: Survival Instinct update that would come first I would assume.
I’ve been on Paragon for 5 cycles and from what I remember, Spartan Apex got an update so at least I think it’s more updated than Paragon.
Either way I’m still excited to be on Spartan Apex, the results others report are still great.
Since starting Spartan I want to do my workout, and end up doing it an hour or two before schedule.
I think I’ve only got 3 3 minute loops in.
5 loops in of only 3 minutes each.
Today I feel like I finally got a taste of Spartan’s energy boosting effects. I felt like I’d taken pre-workout and had a sense of adventure. Feeling like I wish I had this when I was still playing sports. I just felt in the mood for a good hard workout, running, jumping, all the things.
But it’s actually a day off for me. lol. I had to dial back my workout intensity so that I can work out 3x a week. Recovery isn’t what it used to be, but maybe that will kick in after more time. I’m 42.

To be honest the body is an amazing piece of machinery. I recover quickly now with my hero custom healing is rapid.
I also have a lots-spartan apex custom i use to use which was amazing for body/muscle hearing.
Yea that’s my belief too that the body is capable. I just need more time with Spartan.

Any specific modules that you found really helpful with the recovery aspect?
Its full of positive scripting so if you listen to it first thing in the morning and hit the gym. You will be fueled with loads of positive emotions. Which gives you even more of a motive to train.
Just be consistent. You’re on an amazing path.
When I was on my Spartan/SI custom like over a year ago, I remember after I’d eat I’d get warm.
Like thermogenesis was turned on.
So I wonder if the fat burning module is in Spartan. I ate about an hour ago now I’m feeling warm. Maybe just increased metabolism either way.
Gives me an idea about a fat burning custom. Brain boost, mood boost, and energy if that was a big goal for me.
