Just got paid 23k. Over the last 6 months (since starting the stabilizer) I’ve been working on paying off 17k of debt. I’ve been paying it down 2-3k/mo, mostly spending everything I have on it, and living broke.
This isn’t just a result of this current stack, this is definitely long term results from returning to wealth subs and reintroducing C&C, Stabilizer, and True Sell based on what the situations call for.
Last year I was afraid of and hiding from finances. Now, for the first time in 3 years, I’m debt free, loving life, actually feeling completely free in all areas of my life because I’m debt free and moving to Mexico.

@qos can you review my custom, it’s a results enhancing custom, with a bunch of my favorite modules, so that I have them in a custom no matter my stack.
I used GLM and Paragon sleep as cores because they will fit every stage of life for me, too.
What could I use for the last module slot to help tie this custom together as a results enhancing custom - I don’t see the need to add in New Results Enhancing Exp. Core to make it 3 cores….

I’ve sent @SaintSovereign a private DM highlighting just how extremely transformation KB has been.
It’s certainly dominating my stack at the moment, which isn’t exactly surprising, but what is surprising is how dramatic the results are even just from 30s loops ~2x a week.
I certainly enjoy every single result I’ve gotten from KB, and don’t plan on stopping, but I should consider slowing down even further, to refocus on work which is my #1 priority.
A results enhancing custom with GLM would certainly help, to keep me focused more on myself, and help me contain all energy with sexual energy control being a byproduct of total energy control.
And perhaps I’ll want to go so slowly with KB that it makes sense to introduce heartsong, or at least the essence of HS ST1 into my results enhancing custom, as the reason I wanted to run KB was to sexually upgrade my inner world before re-entering the world of committed relationships… but now I’m thinking that maybe the best way for me to truly upgrade my sexual experience is within the container of a relationship.
As great as the sex I’ve been having has been, I still feel like my highest self would prefer to wait until truly knowing whether or not I want to date someone before having sex with them, right now.
Right now, I’m holding off from sex until I find someone I REALLY vibe with - but not everyone that I really vibe with is someone I would really date. And I don’t really want to have sex with someone unless I really feel like we can be 100% emotionally open with each other. And I just don’t see that happening with someone unless we’re both crystal clear in wanting a highly emotional FWB situation, or, being aligned on what a relationship would look like.
We don’t need to go formally date before having sex, but, I’m just interested in slowing down and thinking with my head not my D

Just started heartsong ST1 after stopping KB for a while. Still listening to my true sell custom. Still updating my listening schedule in this post
Woke up depressed this morning, my best friend has been in a very abusive relationship for a while now, and she finally broke up with the person, but then 2 days later got back together with them because “they said they’re gonna go to therapy.”
I’ve never been heartbroken for someone else before but here we are.
Healing subs like Regen/peace have traditionally worked very well for me if I start them in moments of crisis in my life, so, let’s see what HeartSong does

Moving to Mexico today
Certainly not feeling “depressed” about my friend’s situation anymore, however, it’s tough to really say if that’s due to HS or simply due to time.
Heartsong already had a powerful effect for me though.
When I started KB ST1 I met someone I had a very interesting connection with. We quite potentially could have even fallen in love if we wanted to. I think she WAS falling in love with me pretty heavily, actually, but for me, I was able to maintain awareness around the fact that she isn’t my ideal partner despite the intense connection we share.
With the introduction of Heartsong, I was able to have a deep conversation with her before I moved. Told her, in a clear, compassionate, and connected way, that while I really value our connection, we want different things so we shouldn’t try and figure out how to make a relationship work.
Not only am I moving to Mexico (I’m literally typing this on the plane) but also, we are from very different walks of life… that’s all I’ll say, but I spoke with her about all of this.
The one thing I didn’t speak to her about was that I’d want someone that had a better handle on their mental health. She didn’t need to hear that, and besides, if everything else was aligned, I probably wouldn’t care so much about as an absolute deal breaker - I would just enter it cautiously.
Great communication and clarity around what I want from HS ST1 so far

Main Feeling
2nd loop of heartsong and I’m already feelin’ the healin’
It’s a nice warm bath of joyful sadness. Thinking about people I love and can’t be with, and about people I can be with but couldn’t love.
Sadness and gratitude for both.
Making me appreciate the people who have been there for me in my life a LOT.
Other observations:
- I was on a date with the girl I mentioned and right after my first loop of Heartsong she said “we’re so attuned to each other…”
… i swear I don’t think I’ve ever used, or heard anyone use, the word attuned in my life.

Looking at pictures of people I’ve been on dates with or slept with over the last 7 months, I have a much stronger sense of who I would like to date, and who was just a fantasy. Weird, that I’m wiser even just in recollection of old memories.

I also see with some of those people a willingness to go out on a limb and be vulnerable about wanting to date them, if the cards ever lined up that way. Realizing who would be worth experimenting with commitment with, and who wouldn’t be. Who is most aligned with my values. Who did I feel most natural with vs just who I felt swept up in the energies with at the time.

I realize that one reason I’ve gotten so good at quick sex & seduction is simply from a fear of vulnerability. If I SAY I like someone, I may be rejected. If I SAY I want to date someone, they may not feel the same way.
BUT
If I say NOTHING, and simply start spending time with them, and then that leads to sex, I don’t have to be vulnerable about my feelings until after the sex; which is an affirmation that they do like me… and I need that affirmation before I’m comfortable to be vulnerable.
In comparison, it’s much easier to sleep with someone, then tell them you like them, then it is to tell someone you like them before sleeping with them.
This, to me, is a profound insight about how I operate in a way that doesn’t serve my highest self

Why do I have goals? Seriously wondering this. I feel partly Emotional, partly cynical, partly ironic.
But in reality I’m seeing the pattern - every time I accomplish a goal, a new one takes its place. I’m always happier on the other side of the present moment. Once I get XYZ … THEN I’ll be happy.
God I hate that that sounds like such a trope. I’ve judged so many other people for that exact thing. But now that I’m seeing that exact pattern within, it’s pretty obvious that I can judge the thought all I want but I have no idea what to do about it to find more in life than the happiness of the next goal.
What is the deeper current that’s running underneath all the goals? What am I trying to accomplish that I want to get a goal to accomplish for me? What is the deep need I’m trying to fulfill here? Do I need a subtle shift, no shift, or a dramatic shift?
Honestly, moving to Mexico will change next to nothing to me. Same laptop job, just working out of different bedrooms and different countries. I love my job but I’m just saying my lifestyle won’t be significantly different in Mexico than in Canada. Or maybe it will.
Is this Heartsong pushing me towards love? Disappointment that finally getting the manager job I wanted for so long didn’t just solve my whole life in an instant?
I just want to love life

I’m an SDR manager and find that if marketing is good, SDR’s need less sales skills than people think, and more more people skills.
For context, in my specific company, we get about 1000 leads per week via Facebook ads. Some of them book a call automatically, some of them don’t. Some of them have money, some of them don’t. Often times the broker they are, the more desperate they are to get help, and they sometimes think/hope the closing call is just a free trial, not a sales call.
Important points of the role; reading between the lines in what the prospect is saying, how to be the leader despite it being a normal conversation, knowing whether or not someone is financially qualified.
You’re really a prediction specialist as an SDR first and foremost. “Is this person going to close? Are they even going to show up? What will their main objection be? What distractions might there be? Which closer would best be able to close this specific prospect?”
In order to prevent and prehandle objections, you need to be able to sniff them out and redirect, basically. Make sure they show up to the call.
And then of course it’s also important to present as professional, knowledge, efficient. You don’t want to say too much as an SDR, it’s the closer’s job to influence, but you certainly need to be good at labeling, validating, challenging, reframing, in a normal-sounding way.
Closing calls sound very formulaic, but SDR calls should always sound as natural as shooting the shit with your buddies over a beer. The way realtors and financial advisors talk at dinner networking events, positive, professional, casual, friendly, letting everyone know how good their service is and that it could help them, that’s how you should be as an SDR, alongside having a secret agenda to be a ruthless detective and extract all their lies to find the truth they’re hiding underneath (partner objections, window shopping, real needs, etc).
So, basically just having a normal conversation and being socially savvy. I think those are extremely people-skills oriented not just sales oriented. So that’s what my titles would reflect - but ofc True Sell Stage 2 is dedicated to being an SDR.
I would also look at ST1, that’s what I use for my SDR role, it’s broad and does everything, and that’s what an SDR needs, breadth as well as depth.
C&C is amazing as it provides a lot of leadership and discernment, plus literally “premium pipeline” as one of the major features.
True Social would be the dream fit, based on how important being able to have a normal conversation is. You CANT HAVE A SALES CONVERSATION, YOU CAN ONLY HAVE SOME SALES ELEMENTS IN A NORMAL CONVERSATION so… your social skills will be the primary bottleneck for an SDR role. Sales skills are the bottleneck for closing roles.
Emperor Reforged would be great, as so much of this stuff stems from being confident and quick-witted. You can get to the point where you’re so confident wearing the crown that prospects stop even trying to take it from you.
Summertime gives that really warm first
Impression and makes you likeable AND like people - super important to enjoy what you’re doing as an SDR.
Ascension would slap, both ST1 and ST2, each for the reason the stage was made for. Both stages are so important. I feel like True Sell Stage 1 is a combo of ST1/2 of ascension, but specifically for sales, btw.
Emperor Black would be fucking slick for setting actually because you get ruthless about qualification and making money as fast as possible. Stack with summertime or true social though - advanced stack for sure.
OG Stark is awful for setting. Too much liking not enough challenging. You’re not supposed to be impressive as a setter, just professional, efficient, smart, and asking good questions.
GLM would be good too

I’m getting the polar opposite of every result that you’re supposed to get and I couldn’t be happier with it.
I realize that if I spend time by myself on a Friday night, it’s empty and meaningless. I’m on my first day in a new city, and I have absolutely no interest in talking to anybody… like OK maybe I’m a bit sleep deprived but I hate the thought of anyone talking to me right now
Literally, it’s clearer than ever that all I want right now is to be alone in a cabin in the woods with Starlink and work my ass off…
Which is something that I’ve been wanting for a long time, it’s a true need coming through. Not something I’ll need forever. But something I won’t feel complete with myself until I do.
I’ve been trading my long-term vision for my short-term connections for a long time now, and heart song has helped me, move into the second stage of grief, a.k.a. move into acceptance/acknowledgement from denial/suppression.

Damn, it’s crazy how fast essence: the alchemy of money is having an effect!!!
Only had it in my custom for a few days… and it’s one of the only modules I changed, and I’m already OBSESSED with stocks.
Kingmaker also feels extremely prominent - I can really feel the effect of the modules I modified in the custom. So surprised to see such a prominent shift in expression from only changing a few modules + adding in Emperor Reforged.
I do feel like Emperor Reforged is great glue binding everything together and acting as an overall results enhancer in every area of life
To me-
This- it can be the exact same or it can be total different. Different doesn’t mean it will solve anything though. Its people, communities, activities, energy, and how you show up. New countries can have a novelty that I see as a kind of neuro-plasticity opening. But yes where ever you go- there you are.
That’s interesting. Coming to complete wholeness in your own life and vision first. I did some Heartsong tests and absolutely love it. Wholeness and completely loving my own life mixed with spikes of recon and absolute craving and sadness about not being or more specifically not being able to have choice and attract great long term partners.

huge effects, very powerful sub, it was more freeing up blockages of self-expression, whereas in reality i’m looking for more control over my life, mind, thoughts, sexual energy, and redirecting it. I’m in a very “not interested in dating” mode of my life, just for a short period of time, but it’s especially powerful. KB not only brought me back into an interest in dating, but also an interest in casual (if still emotionally connected sex) - did that and had a great week with a girl before leaving for mexico, but once I left for mexico decided to shelf KB because sexual experiences are not what I’m looking for at all in this point of time.
On the flip side, Heartsong’s “whole before anyone” and “love life on a friday night alone by yourself” modules are EXACTLY what I’m trying to cultivate right now.
Heartsong has it’s own challenges, it certainly gives me some beautiful recon, but recon all the same. I’m still listening to it, but every time it’s time to play a loop of HS it’s like the sudden anxiety that I get before doing mushrooms, “alright… here we go again…” type thoughts - knowing it’ll be intense but all beautiful and positive.
What I’m going to do is make my second custom, and add RM ST1 and Limitless: Polyglot as cores, with HS ST1’s essence in the custom instead so I can keep working through it at an easier pace.
