Yeah brother I think from all the research that I’ve been reading so far, that it’s better not to consume caffeïne. Especially for you dopamine circuit and sleep. Even 20-30mg of green tea can mess up your sleep. Not to mention the absorption of nutritions and problems with digestion.
If you drink it, this will be the best source to consume it. Very stable energy source
