JCast Dragon Reborn Whatever

I’m ok with taking my time with each stage. Looking back on how far I have come with just running stage one over the last several months I am incredibly curious to see how being patient with the remaining stages plays out.
I feel like I have matured quite a bit mentally and emotionally but there is still a lot of work to be done .

I have alot of respect for JCAST for taking the DR journey as its not easy.

He will arise a man of steel !!! bullets and bracelets

From what I understand, JCAST already are a man of metal.
Hmmm a heavy metal dragon, that’s would be something to look forward to.
…but yes, respect.

Ran two loops of Dragon Reborn St 1 . Done for the day. Feels like enough. I’m not going to run any ultimas at this time. Just keep it minimalist

I did the math and my last day technically for stage one will be Friday September 24th as I stated previously I am running this stage for 90 days

I’ve been doing the same for two weeks and it seems to work great so far. No recon, no stonewalling, no overload. The only things are lots of dreams and some of them are really vivid. But no more waking up feeling groggy although I notice from time to time that my cognitive functions are not working optimally… I mean quite far from it. The other thing is that feel of heavy processing in the back of my head but I actually got used to it some time ago.

Probably my biggest reason for running Dragon Reborn the way I am in terms of time for each stage is because I not only want to build the proper foundation but I don’t want and doubt or trepidation at all.

@James please stick through the end this time! At one point you were quite ahead of me and now the tables have turned.

@SubliminalUser I will for sure

YES! This is the best way to approach other people’s behavior. We won’t be so reactive and we improve at the same time. Well done, bro!

Thank you. It has to be this way. It’s either that or lose my mind over something anyone does or says and that’s just a gigantic waste of time and energy

Perhaps he will become the man of diamond !!.

A man who will walk the immortal path to reach his destiny !.

DarkPhilosopher and JCAST have a chat

JCAST “What are you trying to tell me? That I can dodge bullets?”

DarkPhilosopher No, James I’m trying to tell you that when you’re ready, you won’t have to.

James stands in disbelief !!!.

Feeling like the three day break and the minimalist listening schedule has helped out so far. I have been in a decent to good mood the last couple of days. I feel like I am growing even when it isn’t readily obvious

Running my first loop for the day. I did notice a bit ago I am becoming way less judgemental. I may not understand the shit people do but its a waste of time and energy to focus or dwell on it
I often feel that as I get older it seems like there is less and less in the world that is meant for or targeted for people such as myself. The world changes and thats ok
In the past I would feel like I was missing out on so much when if I had spent the that time working on myself instead of feeling jealous or envy life would have been so much easier

Today I used one of Hypnotica’s inductions which was essentially the classic “Fork in the road” aka “High road to success” induction similar to what is presented here by Cal Banyan, who was for a while in Mounds View, Mn. I took a self hypnosis seminar from him many years back.

https://www.hypnosiscenter.com/hypnosis-scripts/hypnotherapy_patter_script_universal.htm

The point is that the induction gets one to contemplate how one’s life will go if continuing on the same path one has been on as opposed to determining one’s goals and following a path more in congruence with those goals.

I am unable to link to Hypnotica’s induction but it is good as is Banyan’s very similar version.

I remember that guy being in Minnesota. I had actually passed his office a couple of times walking through the strip mall it was located in. That must have been close to twenty years ago

He is supposed to be one of the best. I enjoyed his workshop. He also hypnotized us as a group at the end of the workshop and I have never been so deep in hypnosis. Deeper than the couple of times I was hypnotized one on one or any of the hundreds of times I have listened to a tape, cd or mp3 hypnosis track.

I would have liked to have taken a certification with him back then.
