I mentioned in @Lion’s journal that I haven’t posted lately because I’ve been busy working and taking action on my goals. Today I tried the 5-minute playtime for the trading custom and EF ST2. I can see what most have been raving about. Unbelievably smooth. Before I would have to wait hours for the bloom to kick in especially with the addition of the trading custom. With the lower playtime, it is great. No overwhelm, just progress.

I transferred all my crypto off Pionex. The system seems good at first but turned out too good to be true. I noticed that the bots are designed to basically eat away most profits in the form of fees for each transaction. I moved everything into Tether and transferred my balance to Kraken.

I analyzed the charts in the crypto market for a couple of hours using the stuff I learned from the Oliver Kell book. Not much is in an uptrend right now. I found that XMR (Moreno) is one of the few coins that are in an uptrend. I opened a position in that. Set a stop loss at the 20 EMA and will let it ride. I have no emotion with the trade. In the past, I’ve been highly emotional. I think Virtue Series: Temperance is helping here.

The stock I sold the covered call on is going up, I’ll likely lose the shares at the end of the contract. I’ll continue to keep an eye on it.

I have a foot injury and it is hurting my ability to do the workouts. I’m holding off on the workouts for the rest of the week to avoid making things worse. I’ll focus on healing and might throw in a loop of Paragon tomorrow to help hasten my recovery. I’m bummed but doing everything I can to continue to lose weight such as tracking calories and fasting.

Today I set up some stuff on trading view. I made a watchlist of everything on Kraken. I set up the charts so it has four different time frames. The charts cover the weekly, daily, 1 hour, and 15 minutes. I spent about two hours looking at every coin listed on the exchange. I came up with about 20 I liked and want to follow more. I made two more lists, one for open positions, and another one to place the ones I’m interested in now.

The Oliver Kell book and webinar really changed the way I look at the markets. I look for major trends and am only using moving averages. I like the simplistic style.

I’ve started reading a second book on options trading. It’s the follow-up to the first book I read. The author’s name is Michael Sincere. He is an excellent writer. I would highly recommend his books. The first book got me excited about options and helped me build an understanding. His second book paints the reality of what goes wrong when you don’t use the proper risk management and gives strategies to use.

My XMR trade is still going up. I keep checking daily and moving my stop up to follow the 20 Day EMA. The stock I sold the covered call on is still going up. I’ll keep an eye on it. Like I said before I’m not worried about the stocks being sold, I’m more checking to make sure the stock doesn’t tank. If it does I’ll buy back the call and sell the stock while I’m still in profit.

Workout wise I’m getting back on track. During the holiday I went a little crazy with food and beer, we also had family visiting. I’m glad I rested because my foot healed up. I’ll restart my workout program and continue with the first week of month 3.

They designed Pionex that way I see. Is there a way to limit with the number of transactions for the trading bot(s)?

Yes, you can. If you manually set up the grid you can limit the number of transactions. A low amount of grids increases the range between each transaction. It was a hard lesson that I had to learn. I did well when I managed and created the bots on my own. I lost big when I used their AI to trade and set the grids for me.

This week is one of the best weeks I’ve had with the workout program. I may have needed a week to rest. I can tell how strong I have gotten in the last two months. My cardio is incredible as well. Month 3 involves three full-body workouts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and two cardio workouts on Tuesday and Thursday.

I’ve been doing a 25-30 minute boxing workout followed by a 20-minute yoga workout. It’s hard but I have no issue pushing myself. I also changed my stack around, not because of recon, more to stay aligned and finish the program strong. I’ve been doing Emperor Fitness ST2 and Spartan on one listening day and my trading custom on the next. I’ve only been listening to 5 minutes of each. It’s crazy to think that we are down to such a small amount of time. On QV2 I was listening to 3 customs a day at one point.

Trading is going well. I’m up close to 20% on XMR at the time of writing this post. I scan the market daily to see what is moving, in crypto most are either in a downtrend or sideways right now. I picked up a couple of books by Mark Minervini and a technical analysis book by Brian Shannon. After seeing what I learned from the webinar and book in action I don’t plan on day trading. Swings on momentum are what I’m after now. I can get bigger wins and compound those wins.

I wanted to follow up on my XMR trade. I ended up getting stopped out because there was a rapid three day sell off last weekend. I was a little bummed but still ended up 6% in the green because I kept upping my stop.

I’ve been learning more about options trading and switched to a different broker that specializes in options trading. My covered call is still good to go.

Yesterday I paired the trading custom with Limitless Executive. I posted on the Executive thread about how good of a day I had after 3 minutes of listening.

I enrolled in a master’s program. It’s something I’ve been on and off with since getting my bachelor’s. I decided to commit. I found a competency based program which means I can complete classes by just doing the required assignments/exam. This means I can finish as fast as I can do the work. Also, the cost is cheap compared to most universities. You pay a set fee per semester. My goal is to finish my MBA in my first six month term.

I bought a custom to help me with this goal of productivity and learning for the masters program. It’s similar to the author custom I bought but more focused on learning, productivity and focus. I emailed support asking for their feedback and they said it looked good for my goal.

I’ll be listening to the learning custom and trading custom for my next cycle. My washout starts on Monday.

My timing with this reply a bit late but at least you took profit on XMR.

Stocks & cryptos not doing too well as of late. There was that one small pump after the interest rate hike.

I’ve made two trades since that. One I made 3% the other was a 5% loss. I’ve been sitting on the side lines. Watching the charts and staying patient is the best I can do right now.

I noticed. It’s been rough. I haven’t been able to make any options trades. I’m having trouble transferring money from my previous broker to the new one. Stuck in limbo at the moment.

No recon to report so far. I’m also mixing it up this cycle. I felt a need for spiritual fulfillment at the end of my washout.

I’m listening to the Stark/QL ST4 custom on day 1, and Sage Immortal and APX on day 2.

My enrollment for my MBA is complete and I start on the first of June. I’m looking forward to starting the program. I’ve been reading guides on how people finished as fast as possible. To help me have an idea of the direction and amount of time needed for each class I made a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet lists all the assignments due for each class and the difficulty associated.

The results of the custom fall in line with what I have experienced on Stark with QV2. I’m incredibly social. I was concerned with recon at first but this custom is pretty similar to my first QV2 custom which I listened to for 6 months.

Organization Perfected started to shine yesterday at work. I have a connex box where we store a lot of training and prevention stuff for the department. I’ve been avoiding it since I started the job because it is an absolute disaster in there. I went in there and got to work. I didn’t do much but I got it organized enough so I could actually move around inside there. I also threw out a ton of stuff. The best part of this was finding a sealed box from 2016 with specialized knives for the fire department. They have a built-in window punch and seat belt cutter. It was an awesome find. I told my boss about it and he was like go ahead a grab a couple for yourself and give the rest to the guys on shift today.

I posted a while back about telling a mid-level manager no. He still is upset because I am not a yes man like the previous logistics guy was. He’s been trying to tarnish my reputation. I’ve even tried talking to him about it and he told me there was nothing I could do to make it better. I wrote a communication book and even I didn’t know how to respond to that. I’m thinking about doing Chosen and PCC on my next cycle to see if that will help the situation. It’s not bad, I ignore him for the most part, I’m just having to do a lot of damage control from the stuff he is saying.

I think this is a great idea. I even recommended this to someone else on the forum who was having issues with leadership and control in the environment around him.

I unlocked the orientation course for school. There were about 9 hours of video to go through and a worksheet. I looked it up on Reddit and people said to just fill out the worksheet and skip the videos. I did exactly that. My enrollment counselor called me up and was like, “I see you already started your orientation, that’s great, how’s it going so far?” I respond with, “it’s going well, I’m already done.” She had no idea you could skip the videos and just do the assignment.

After doing that I was able to see all the courses I’ll be taking along with the number of assignments. It matches up with the spreadsheet I made. One thing that is different now is the order of the classes. I found out I can take the classes in any order I want. My plan is to do all the writing classes, test-based classes, math classes, and then the capstone. I’ve seen on Reddit that people have finished the degree extremely fast (the shortest was 14 days). My goal isn’t to break any records, but I do want to do it in 3 months. Three months is totally doable based on what I have read.

Relationships at work are getting better. Yesterday that manager who has been difficult was being cool all of the sudden. He even came up to me later and told me I didn’t have to do my overnight if I didn’t want to and that he would cover for me. Based on his behavior over the last couple of weeks, I didn’t take the offer, it seemed like a trap.

My learning custom has been great I have one more loop this Sunday before my next washout.

My advisor/mentor in the MBA program gave me the rubic for the assignments I need to do for my first class. She also sent me a webinar that covers exactly what to do and how to write each essay. I’ve written the first one so far. Took me about 4 hours total and is 10 pages. The second one will be much longer and is much more complex. I’m excited because I’ll have them both done before my first day which is the 1st of June.

I ordered a general business custom this week. I looked at Billions custom and made a modified version of my first QV2 custom. My first custom had Stark, QL ST4, Mogul, and R.I.C.H. as the cores. Now I have the same cores split among two customs.

I had an idea the other day and I’ll preface what I’m going to say with this: I’m going to do my best to avoid anything political here but still wanted to share my idea. I also don’t want to start any political discussions I’m simply just sharing my idea.

In light of recent events I had an idea to start a nonprofit with the specific goal of limiting access to something. Not taking the thing away, because at this point it would be impossible. One side has an organization that is so aggressive and powerful that when tragedies happen one side acts as if it’s no big deal and tries to ignore the problem. My goal would be to create a nonprofit that is the opposite of the organization I hinted at with the goal of continually pushing the agenda until changes actually happen that are long over due.

Sage Immortal and APX
I’m happy with the results I had from doing a cycle of Sage Immortal and APX. I grew in my faith and have a general sense of well being. I had one night in which I reached the vibrational State, but had no out of body experiences. I also wasn’t actively trying to have an OBE on a regular basis. The night I felt vibrations was because I was trying and did a lot of energy work prior to going to bed. My dreams this whole cycle have been intense and vivid. Each night was filled with dreams that felt incredibly real.

Both essays for my first class are done. I start tomorrow. I’m on the second day of my washout. I’m experiencing some excellent results.

I had an incredible amount of mental clarity and focus. I also thought in terms of solving problems and finding solutions. I listened to a loop of Chosen with my learning custom on Sunday and they both shined through today. I believe the results are from a combination of Chosen leadership and the learning custom.

At work, I was still fired up about things I mentioned in my last post. I saw some posts on Reddit that increased my passion. Over the weekend I read a few chapters of a book and had some talking points about the subject.

At lunch one of my coworkers brought it up and I challenged him with some critical thinking questions about the topic. I also used a framing technique I learned in the book Don’t Think of an Elephant by George Lakoff.

The frame I set helped him see my side of the argument and then we had a discussion explaining our reasons behind our view points. We both disagreed with each other but both felt like it was a valuable talk. I walked away with an understanding of why he believes the way he does.

I appreciated that he was able to clearly describe his position. A lot of guys I work with present arguments with conspiracy theories and I automatically get frustrated and stop listening. It was a good change of pace. I messaged him after thanking him and he said the same.

I definitely want to return to Lakoff.

Have you read Moral Politics by Lakoff?

If so, is it worth getting?

No, haven’t read it. Though I’ve read a blurb.

The last I remember working through was Metaphors We Live By, and I didn’t actually read the whole thing. That’s probably what I’ll want to return to.

My MBA program is off to a good start. My first essay was accepted and given a pass. The second was sent back for revisions because of two paragraphs that didn’t answer the question correctly. At first I didn’t understand what they were looking for specifically. I watched a couple videos and rechecked the rubric. That helped, I made the changes, and resubmitted the essay.

I started the second class. This is a knowledge based course on Human Resource Management. I looked through the recourses and found a Know to Pass video made by one of the instructors. I watched it and realized some of the Quizlet flashcards I’ve been studying are directly from the slideshow for the video.

I’ve been doing a washout this week. No recon or any issues to report. I’m feeling focused and motivated to finish this degree as fast as I can.

I also had a manifestation happen that I wasn’t expecting. The reason I’m working on this degree is to switch to a different career field. They wave the lack of experience if you have an MBA. The managers for that career field are coming by my work next week to give a class on what they do and how to create contracts for local construction projects. It’s a good learning opportunity and a good chance to network.

I find this interesting. Would this be applicable for your career field? Or would this be something with your school’s career services & network?
