people love giving value. it puts you in a positive state. âhelperâs high.â google it.
positive state is the basis of all interaction and helperâs high induces positive state in yourself and others
No, itâs not the natural order of things. Many people do act this way and some become very successful with it (look at the current president of the US). However, I believe there are better approaches to life. The transactional way, where value flows between both parties in an interaction, is much more fulfilling and creates greater value beyond the actual exchange. If you feel youâve been taken advantage of repeatedly, you might have difficulty setting boundaries. I recommend reading the book âWhen I Say No, I Feel Guiltyâ to learn effective boundary-setting techniques.
In nature, you can observe two main ways of âinteractionâ: Symbiosis and Parasitic
Symbiosis is defined as a close, prolonged association between two or more different biological species. This relationship can be symbiotic (mutualistic), where both parties involved benefit from the interaction, or it can be parasitic, where one party benefits while the other is harmed. There are many examples of symbiotic relationships in nature, including mutualistic relationships between plants and animals.

Symbiosis is increasingly recognized as an important selective force behind evolution;[5][61] many species have a long history of interdependent co-evolution.[62]
