Height takes a very long time. That’s to say you have to be super patient because in my case it took me years to notice height changes. It had to undo my scoliosis and even untwist my entire spine, this was a long and slow process that net me real gains.

I don’t suggest holding your breath on any physical shifting result merely because it’s just not fun, it’s always best to just commit long term and try to notice your results by taking pictures.

It’s very worth it, for sure. And I’ve also experienced shifting without shifting titles in my stack from the sheer perspective shift of any new subliminal experience title

While some results take longer to be permanent, Using Wanted Black or Legacy of the Spartan for men, Seductress or Helen of Troy for women, you will see results in 24 hours. You need only to look in the mirror too see your skin being somewhat clearer, your face muscles tightened and your expression sharp. I also suspect that day 1 results have drain some of the excessive lymphatic fluids on the face and that gives a younger appearance quickly. More so, if you have oily skin or suffer with acne, the swelling parts will be reduced by up to 50%

If know 100% this is true because whenever would stop using a shifting subliminal, within 10 days the acne will slowly come back and my face would swell because of my diet. If you workout at the gym you will be seeing results within a week. And lastly, whenever i was on a shifting subliminal, my face looks like i got 7 - 8 hours of sleep even when i slept far less.

You will not find a single person using or have used a shifting custom deny getting similar results.

how much did you added to your initial height overall? By how much did you actually grow(excluding the posture/scoliosis improvements)?

I have zero idea. Documented 0.5 inch and speculated overall I’ve grown 1 inch to 2 inches since I joined subclub

I simply can’t care less for height I just happen to be lucky enough to get some inches from all the releases in my vertebrae

It’s also important to celebrate any “small” shift.

I will stay in front of the mirror until I feel good about my reflection. Sometimes I will walk away momentarily and return until I feel satisfied.

Hell I haven’t run a pure physical sub and look damn good.

Running subliminals that upgrades your mental, will affect your physical as well. If your status and self- respect rises you’ll be more respectful or at least moderate in what you put into your body. You’ll carry yourself differently.

Confidence and happiness is also very attractive and sexy by itself.

I’ve lost 7 kg on Emperor. It does have some physical shifting as well, but I think it got me to eat less and work out more.

I’m rocking the stache as well.

Depends on what you mean by physical change.
Physical changes that can and do happen within normal life, yes, absolutely.
Changing inherent genetically determined aspects of your body, not likely.
In other words, subliminals can help you lose weight, be healthier, have clearer skin, put on muscle, and things like that, but they can’t help you get six inches taller after adulthood, change your eye color from brown to blue, or add another six inches to………

Completeley agree here.

I made a break from subs for a month. My weight stayed the same, i hit the gym far more often and still i dont look as good as when i am listening to subs…and i am talking abojt my body. My scale says its 1% difference in body fat…bit it looks far more.

One loop of wanted B, the next day i take time to look at myself im the mirror properly, take more time to shave, cut my hairyself and look super sharp again.

Lets see where i am in a 3 weeks when i go to bali…

Honestly, no.
We (@curlygirl) didn’t until after a few weeks.
Period Cramps were missing.
That’s a gigantic improvement. Much better than radiating skin after 24h.
And still, 6 weeks into Seductress, we can’t detect physical shifting.

But mentally it’s doing a lot. And that’s more important for her well-being.

My point is, you might see results in 24h, but since Seductress isn’t limited to Physical Shifting, it might be, that it tackles more pressing matters first.

As I said, I think it’s totally possible. Especially with HoT solo rather then with Seductress.
Or if you have very clear set goals for Seductress for physical shifting. If not, other objectives of Seductress might take precedence.

But things like you described are rather easy to obtain. I just watched a video on how to drain excessive lymphatic fluids from your face with rubber bands on your earlobes in five minutes. I tested it and it works.

To be fair i did only mentioned Seductress because if i only mentioned HoT someone would say " But seductress has shifting too " and if i do then someone would say " its not as good as HoT though "… I am no expert subs i have not run but i compared Seductress to Wanted and Hots to Legacy as they seem more or less equal in shifting respective to their release.

What about looking fully rested when you’ve only slept 3 hours? What about my acne problems that not one of the 100s of videos i saw and products i tested could solve? Any clue on how to obtain those easily as well

Physical shifting specially wanted and lots have worked for me amazingly in a very short time , must recommend them for anyone who wants shifting specially aesthetics .
