As I said, I think it’s totally possible. Especially with HoT solo rather then with Seductress.
Or if you have very clear set goals for Seductress for physical shifting. If not, other objectives of Seductress might take precedence.
But things like you described are rather easy to obtain. I just watched a video on how to drain excessive lymphatic fluids from your face with rubber bands on your earlobes in five minutes. I tested it and it works.
To be fair i did only mentioned Seductress because if i only mentioned HoT someone would say " But seductress has shifting too " and if i do then someone would say " its not as good as HoT though "… I am no expert subs i have not run but i compared Seductress to Wanted and Hots to Legacy as they seem more or less equal in shifting respective to their release.
What about looking fully rested when you’ve only slept 3 hours? What about my acne problems that not one of the 100s of videos i saw and products i tested could solve? Any clue on how to obtain those easily as well

Well those are just limiting beliefs you hold. You have to delete the subconscious first with this cleansing subliminal because the subconscious is what holds us back. Then there’s another one out there that links into the astral realm so you only need to run 1 sec of it. Trust me the creator is good, they know exactly what they’re doing. The subconscious is a limiting structure itself perpetuated by the whole self help and subliminal industry.

Another interesting ”bypass” I’ve experienced in my life and see everywhere is healing before actually taking action or going for your goals.
It’s like the 25 hour a day visualising thing, one hopes to eradicate anxiety, fear and even achieve nirvana/enlightenment before they approach their first female.

Totally agree.
I noticed last December, that, a little over a year into subs, the most necessary basic healing is done, now I need to build up.
That’s when I decided to run Khan.
A few months earlier, Khan and DRR were an emergency plan. To stay on Stage 1 of both until I break through my limitations.
Only then I realized that I can’t heal myself into a ferocious beast. That needs active work.
So instead of staying on Total Breakdown for eternity, I’ll move through the stages to build a new me that takes action mercyless and grows beyond imagination. And when I’m returning to TB, it can work on much deeper stuff that is now visible.

I love the khan and drr combination.
Its quite an in breath and out breath combination.
Expansion within and outside.
With drr i dont really need to cycle khan i get everything healing and lower stages of khan within drr.
Drr clears the weeds, the poisened soil, creating space and freeing up more resources for khan to build and expand upon.
The deeper the roots the higher the tree can grow.
Running both is expanding in both directions.
