Is it normal to not notice any results? am i doing something wrong?

Hi,

ive been on Emperor for like 2 weeks and 3 days now with my stack (RM+QL1+LDUltima)

i can barely feel anything man no drive no ambition nothing, first day i ran emperor overnight, i woke up with heat within me broo i felt like i wanna eat progress and invest more time in growth

but after that, nothing very noticeable and that deserves mentioning its all stuff that unmentionable

idk whats wrong that i am doing, but QL1+RM+LDU dont seem like a HEAVY STACK for me to blame it on , since im having mild recon, also it might be from QLST1 overshadowing results? or something like that mentioned in the forum, did some research lol

i read @Lion journal when he run 2 weeks of emperor and the results were intresting, but the deal for me isnt like this which is okay, i understand that every person is different and sometimes subs needs more time to see something chaning

but im actually lost, i dont know if im doing anything wrong or what

in terms of recon and stonewalling

im pretty sure im not stonewalling, i face small mild recon from time to time, its not that big of a deal

otherways i would dropped my stack and let it be more light, i dont wanna kill myself with overloard or harsh recon,

and no overload, its seems like subs are proccesing so no problem with that

any help or insights would be appreciated, im really lost here

also im following listneing recommandations 1 day on 1 day off , and i dont run my ultima everyday

the rest day is a full on rest day

Textbook reconciliation.

You can either take more rest days or increase the loops and power through whatever the sub is working on.

I had the same experience with Emperor. After the first listening, I was feeling like Emperor, but it was mention on the manual for Q that there could be first bloom, which is exactly that. But after that, I was not feeling much.
But I was reading several journals about Emperor and one stayed in my head with something that first two months there was not much to report but after that things started to move on. Your 2 weeks are too little. So I would be patient :). You know Emperor has quite dense script.

Lineer2 is correct i think the emperor sub is extremely dense as it covers business, romance and just about everything you can think off hence for some it could take months to see results. Others like me see results in weeks. Stay with it and you will see results.

I’m going to agree with @friday here. Seems like you are dealing with some major reconciliation. Read posts from @Plutus he had some major reconciliation from QL.

Recon is sneaky especially with QV2. I know you have read my journal, the stuff I had when I took on my HoM/EoG St4 custom was textbook recon and I still won’t listen to that custom because it was too much.

Maybe drop Emperor for now and pick it up later, or power through. The choice is yours. Take a couple days and see what will work best for you. Wish you the best @Budewr!

i agree i sometimes face recon, and i get so lost into it i think its just normal, when in reality its defentily recon, when reading through my posts

but its not overwhelming, its feels just fine very small sometimes it lightly hits harded in some light way i cant explain

I picked that up from SaintSovereign. He always wrote that when somebody was clearly having reconciliation but didn’t realize it. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

@Budewr do you ever do any pendulum work? I’ve found that’s a good and easy way to get yes/no answers from the SubC mind. There are other ways to get more elaborate answers/communication with it, but that is fast to set up.

That may help you get to the bottom of what’s happening in your case.

Pretty much any time you see results that are worse than your baseline it is reconciliation.

Everyone is different and responds to programming differently. If you want to get results from the Emperor program, I would recommend continuing to listen to it. And I would try to have an hour of meditation, when you will actively listen to it. I would try to feel it as much as possible. Otherwise, I would listen to it as usual and especially overnight. I’d give it another week or two. If the results did not come, I would try Rebirth or something similar to prepare my subconscious.

Yes, tiredness / heaviness / sadness etc are signs that often occur during reconciliation but they are not always present. Reconciliation is complex and once you are more experienced with subs you will also get better at recognizing it.
