Is it harmful to listen to too much subliminals?

Oh do I have stories to tell to you once you come to visit me here…

Too bad I only tell them in sauna.

My next stack will be wealth-based. It will be very hard to choose between EoG, Medici, AM and Stark. In combination with RICH.

Come on, that was too easy, it had to be a trap.

See, he just wants to see you naked.

For the record, we don’t. Just saying.

@DarkPhilosopher, I detest multi-stagers though – I’d rather have the entire toolkit accessible at once, perhaps jumping straight into Alchemist’s final stage will be a blessing, @DarkPhilosopher what’s your experience been?

For the record I don’t want to see any guy naked.

Unfortunately after all this time I still lack the sensitivity to notice what’s happening to me. I’m now on Stage 4 of Dragon and Alchemist after doing 2 months on each of the previous stages and I will likely create a custom with stage 4 and a bunch of manifestation and spiritual modules in it to run after. I don’t think I’ll do the previous stages again, but I figured it was important to at least run them once more.

On my current journal I have seen some unexpected things, but the problem is that as I mentioned I’m doing so many things at the same time I can’t know for certain what causes them. If anything, I would say I have become more mindful on this journey. And maybe a bit more mentally resilient and present-minded.

And I really miss our conversations.

Must be hard, being a guy yourself.

@DarkPhilosopher, well, is your consciousness more focused upon Spirituality, do you feel drawn to it, how about before running the Alchemist?

I must admit, it takes a great deal of introspection, focus, and observation to become aware of what’s behind the curtains of our conscious mind – luckily for me, I tend to get visions, prophetic dreams and am in close proximity with Angels, Guides and my Higher Self – allowing me to see how subliminal’s affect me on a conscious level.

And even then, I’m often surprised at how much I’ve missed when I actually stop listening to a Title; which is plentiful.

Just curious as to why you decided to stop running Dragon Reborn?

I had the same question. Found the answer that I might stonewall if I listen too much. Now I want to know how do I know if I am stonewalled, and it’s not just reconciliation?

Too much going on with not having enough income coming in to take care of my family

I am surprised to hear that you’ve never ran Alchemist. You’re are already one.

I also have become aware of “10s” populating my reality whenever I run Stark. Makes one wonder.

Actually a little bit less. Bart of being more present-minded I guess. It causes me to confront what’s happening right now in my life, which is a lot.

Although I did figure out how the universe works and how manifestation actually happens. Problem is I have no idea how to put it in practice, I just know how it works. I have literally witnessed the process of manifesting something into reality. Like putting together a 5000 piece puzzle, I put the puzzle together but I have no idea what the picture on it is supposed to be.

There was another realization though. Which I will explain - as is my style - with a story.

The story of a woman that has accomplished everything in her life that anybody could ever want. Everything but enlightenment. So she gives it all up and travels to a monastery where she trains with a monk.

At some point she gets frustrated because nothing is happening and everything is constantly a distraction to her. So she moves to an old house close to the monastery and walks up and down to and from the monastery every day.

One day she’s walking up the hill to her house when she sees an old man carrying sticks. She recognizes the man as the one a person sees right before they reach enlightenment. She stops the man and asks him: “How do I achieve enlightenment?”

The man promptly drops all his sticks on the ground, and she realizes that enlightenment is when you can truly and completely let go of everything. So she asks the man: “And what happens after you reach enlightenment?”

The man humbly gets on his knees and picks all the sticks back up, then continues walking.

She realizes that even after reaching enlightenment, life will go on with all its trials and challenges. So, now knowing that you can let go at any time, you can find comfort in choosing which burdens to carry and which not to carry.

That’s an important thing I realized. Enlightenment is not the destination of our journey. It is simply a step on the journey. And afterwards, the world is still there.

So, spiritual enough for you?

@SubMasterBob

I think the point Saint wanted make is something which you yourself did sort of allude to in your reply (the 3x part). Whether or not your posts are opinions or not, they are taken by many users as authoritative. These people believe that if you tell them how SubClub subs work, you either know better than Saint, or Saint is simply being too careful (which is far from the truth, this guy LOVES to experiment).

If you say that running many loops is fine and may even lead to a smoother progression, people want to believe that much more than when at the same time Saint tells them to take a break and trust it’s still working. People skip over the “IMO” part and simply believe you. Not your fault, but something to consider before you “throw them out there.”

Let’s give a completely hypothetical scenario. What if we simply can’t justify releasing Q+ and Ultima+ until we can be certain that people have actually gotten used to taking rest days? Until our users have developed the habit of doing so? That would mean that as long as there are people experimenting with and advocating for listening far beyond the recommended limits we simply can’t in good conscience release these things publicly.

Which would be quite frustrating for somebody like Saint who wants nothing more than give you the next evolution of subliminals.

When it comes to Qv1 vs Qv2 vs T vs T², the principal differences are deceptively simple. Deceptively, because the subs appear to have a “more than the sum of their parts” effect. Which is why those odd things seem to happen to people running T², it takes things up so many notches that it appears to stimulate neurons that are used to different forms of input. In an effort to translate what’s happening it presents you consciously with something that is as odd to you as a dream might be, a place where the laws of physics don’t seem to apply.

Granted, this is a very rare scenario, but it can happen. And we have no idea if that helps or sets back the results.

Subliminals are very complicated. Our brains don’t really like being influenced that way, so they resist. Meaning you need to not just use the right words in the right phrases, but also put them in the right order, take pauses in between sections to let it sink in and many more variables. You need to seduce your brain.

And when you get to the level that SubClub subs are, there is so much going on that if you get even the tiniest thing wrong, it will lead to the brain simply ignoring entire sections of the sub because it doesn’t like it. Everything needs to be perfect.

Also consider that this is not your average sub company. They want to write a sub, they don’t just go on the Internet for research. They hire consultants and experts on the topic to get to the root of the subject, the very basic building blocks. Then the subs have to not only be written, but be analyzed for linguistics, language patterns, flow and so on. They have to be read and re-read to intuitively “feel” how they affect you (ever typed a word or sentence and you just feel that’s something is off about it but you can’t figure out what? Now try that with something the size of an essay). The amount of academic degrees involved in writing a single sub probably cost a rain forest to print. A small one, granted, but still.

And when somebody comes along that tells people you can of course use subs differently than how their creator tells you to use them, I can imagine that’s not a nice feeling for the creator after putting in all that hard work.

Unless you’re saying Saint is “pulling stuff out of his ass?”

Anybody taking bets on whether or not it is his last post?

If it truly was, then know that I felt it was important to ensure that people hear this as well, for the reason mentioned above. If it is only your post, they might not seek out the counter-arguments. I did not do it to entice you to reply.

And now back to our regularly scheduled programming:

Sometimes I think he’s actually what happens when an alchemist combines the perfect ingredients to create the elixir of life. Or the philosopher’s stone.

You clearly missed the part where a human parses and compiles the posts into a readable report for us, and even then, that’s still more accurate than going off your personal feelings. We’ve built an incredibly successful business using this time tested model that billion dollar tech companies use, and that’s just that.

See above. This individual who parses the posts also reads the majority of the forum and builds everyone’s customs. They know more about what our customers want and need more than anyone. But, for the sake of argument — neither can you. And I’ll still trust that alleged narrow data than your fee-fees.

I have been a data-driven product developer and marketer before there was even a term for it. I don’t need a lecture on how to interpret data. And again, it’s still more valid than much fee-fees.

Doubtful, and this is probably some attempt to get people to message you asking about this magical new listening pattern, so we’re turning off your PMs. This isn’t the place to build your personal brand.

Considering I checked your email against the orders and you haven’t actually ordered anything, I’m guessing you pirated our stuff, and these “high tier” people are pirates too. Which means, neither you, nor these alleged people are providing any value to us, just stealing our products and claiming to know more about our own business than us. And now, you’re trying to disrupt the business with this nonsense.

So, yeah — this conversation is done. Any more of this will result in a ban. You’re not going to put our customers at risk so you can hawk your untested theories that have no empirical evidence to back it up.

I’ve been talking about reducing loops and modifying listening schedules.

3 days of listening, 2 days of rest.
2 days of listening, 1 day of rest.
3 days of listening, 1 day of read.
Listening 3 days a week, such as M W F.

Remember we have also had a tech upgrade. Yet I see people listening to 8+ loops a day.

This idea that it’s been proven that the subconscious can process millions of bits of data a minute … well if that’s true, Qv2 should be easy to listen to.

And yet…

Watching what’s going on here, I see reconciliation coming out as irritability, including me. So if I sound a bit irritable, that’s why.

Rest days are important. We’ve been saying that for … awhile.

Thank you for writing that story; I have been dwelling on that track of thoughts for a long period. Even cursing the day that I summoned up the courage to unlock that door, even though it has always been in me, in all of us I would dare to say.

How fortunate are we to have him walk amongst us with a heart full of desire to help others. He did promise to help and guide us in one of his posts

P.S: I can relate with the puzzle and manifestation :frowning:

Thank you for mentioning this. I’ve wondered about this too. I’m wondering if the Solace or other masks might help with this possibility.

I am definitely no expert on this, but in my little experience reconciliation is usually something odd or weird or unexpected that makes you seriously debate if you should stop listening to the sub, or if it is even caused by the sub at all or something else in your life. I’ve had anything from spontaneous tinnitus whenever the sub was running to feeling an almost primal need to not put on the headphones.

An unfortunately common one is a bit of a short fuse, getting annoyed by all kinds of things. Another common one is feeling as if you are actually getting worse instead of better. Until you either get through it or stop listening for a bit until you reach that “clean slate” (which Saint calls the bloom). A period where suddenly you are super energized and productive, after which you realize you did get better after all.

Stonewalling is far more straightforward, pretty much like the name implies. Either you hit a figurative mental wall (I’ve had that one) or you journal extensively and after a lot of re-reading and self-reflection you come to the conclusion that absolutely nothing has happened, as if the subs were written in Dothraki and you didn’t get a word of it.

RV, can you explain it better?
