Is Emperor Fitness right for me?

I am thinking of getting EF and starting ST4 right away, but wondering if it is the right sub to get me more gains with aesthetics considering I already have Spartan (can’t run both, has to be one of them)

More about me:

  • 17 yrs lifting exp
  • age 35
  • Reason for considering fitness sub: I became a dad this year and while I am disciplined enough to get up at 4 am, 3 days a week to meditate, work on my side gig and then hit the gym… i do find myself feeling demotivated sometimes and I think some gain in strength and motivation will help overall (I don’t rule out the possibility of me being greedy)
  • I saw great results with Ascension but it makes me very aggresive and Ive often had several confrontations with my wife so I dumped the sub lol

My current stack is:
Mon - RM, QL
Wed - Chosen
Fri - RM, QL
Pre Workout - 1 loop of Spartan

So far I am happy with the overall results but just curious to know what others think about EF in the scenario I just explained :slight_smile:

Just came across the “The Beast Within & The Beast Unleashed” Sub. I wonder if this would be better/lighter than EF.

As for your question, this part of your post has the answer;

You have three goals for a fitness sub:

  • motivation.
  • strength.
  • aesthetics.

Now if I were you, I’d try to answer this question: Would an increase in motivation and willpower alone be enough to hit the other 2 goals?

If your answer is yes, and if the order in which I listed the goals is how you would list them as well (from the most important first), then Spartan is your buddy.

If you what you want is mainly a testosterone boost, increased strength, more muscle mass, and don’t care as much about the motivation to be internal, but more external (from observing the changes and feeling motivated by that), then start with Emperor Fitness stage 3 first, and then transition to stage 4.

For me personally, I love EF3 above the rest, mainly because it doesn’t have any “extra” scripting that I don’t care that much about, cause all I care about is increased muscle mass and strength, which EF3 is mostly focused on, hence why I’d rather you do EF3 first, and judge for yourself.

Thanks for the elaboration, appreciate it. I think what you mentioned EF3 would achieve, is what I am looking for. However, one question, why EF3 and not the complete/final stage (EF4) which will take care of good sleep and recovery too? Does EF3 do that efficiently enough?

Iam totally unaware of the exp version? Would you happen to know how is it claimed to being different?

You’re a new dad and are balancing your inner strength, drives, and goals, with your participations in and contributions to the larger energy-system and ecosystem that is your family and marriage.

You can do it. Makes sense to include this element in your subliminal strategy.

Programs that enable that balance, that focus, that effective, efficient Vision and relationship to time and effort.

May take some experimentation to work out your own perfect stack.

Thing is, as you may already know, the family really is an energy-system. It can take energy away from you. And it can also give energy back to you. It can enhance your energy. That’s the freaking holy grail. (I haven’t managed that one yet, but–to be fair–I haven’t prioritized it.)

You are already quite solid in discipline, effort, and commitment. The fact that you’ve been lifting for 17 years establishes this. Add to that, that you’re waking at 4 AM 3 times a week, meditating, doing a side-gig, and hitting the gym. And let’s just get it out the way and admit that you’re a freaking beast and should be celebrated.

The main thing is adapting to the recent change in your system. A significant additional weight has been added, and now you’re making that adaptation and adjustment.

Clearly you can do it, but you want to do it as smoothly and efficiently as possible. And with the least emotionally messy conflicts as possible.

That’s why I think it makes sense to add a direct relationship-smoother into the mix.

This is kind of a left-turn from what you were thinking, so take it with however many grains of salt you need. But I just want to throw it into the mix for your consideration.

Personally, I think Lineage might be the one. Together with conscious guidance to have your family’s thriving be linked to and supportive of your own personal excellence and ambitions.

Just something to think about.

I have had a custom Wanted + EF st3 and with measuring by Oura ring, my recovery in regards to heart indicators was to best so far what I had.

Thank you for taking the time to type out such a detailed response :slight_smile: . You’re correct, there has been a lot of change. What I didn’t even mention is that I have moved 3 countries, 3 provinces and 2 jobs in the past 4 years… in the UK atm and this is where we will lay down my roots as this is my wife’s home country.

All the moving and change has taken a lot out of me, and while subs have helped a lot since 2021, it has taken quite a hit and trial to find what works for me and finally I think I have found my stack that aligns perfectly with my goals. I often alternate between Chosen and LBH depending on how I am feeling.

Another big change is that I will be dropping out next year to look after my daughter and have enrolled in Psych Hons with a future vision of getting into Psychotherapy.

I realized subs like Ascension or overall alpha/domination subs turn me into a jerk, and I don’t mean they just make me not tolerate bs, but they also make me impatient and overconfident so much that I miss all the intricate nuance while discussing or forming opinions on different subjects. That is how I used to be 10 years ago, did enough delics and meditation to become more mindful. Don’t want to regress.

Although I absolutely loved what Ascencion did to me in the gym :sweat_smile::

As for having a sub for parenting, I don’t think I need it. Becoming a parent was a very conscious decision. It was almost like I felt her soul waiting to come into this world through us. Months before she was born, I made a christmas tree decoration with Anahata(her name) (sanskrit for heart chakra) symbolism on it and said to my wife “This is for our daughter”. So as far as parenting go, I feel a sense of divinity, gratitude, and duty and don’t feel the need of any sub in that area.

Btw, I went ahead and purchased EF after reading @Invictus 's insight on the ST3 file, and this closes my loop for now.

It’s always touch-and-go to recommend a sub to someone else. You are right. You need to apply your own judgment, intuition, and wisdom to set your course.

Now the real question for @Invictus and even @SaintSovereign is, can I start using ST4 before workouts and still benefit from it? Or do I need to use ST1 before bed for sleep, ST2 before cardio and so on? I’d really like to just use ST4 as a pre workout sub.

Yep, you can use EF st4 straight away without any issues :muscle:t3:

Now in my opinion, if you already have everything else dialed down, specifically the things that st4 covers more than st3, then you’re better off using st3 so you can benefit more from a more focused sub, instead of getting scripting that you don’t really need much of.

That’s like trying to use a flamethrower to light a candle, I mean you could, but a lighter would be more efficient for the task haha

I see what you’re saying, but I am just thinking about the sleep and recovery aspect that comes with the final stage. I think il try running stage 4 and see how it goes
