There are so many tools available to bring tech ideas to life without learning how computer language is written.

Which are you familiar with? I dabbled with Android App Inventor before it got taken over by by MIT and renamed. That was basically making Android apps by grabbing what look like pieces to a jigsaw puzzle and fitting them together.
