Yes but the major titles, to me - feel different.
Because it’s a focused title with focused scripting. Depending on both the nature of the custom and the listener, a custom can go faster and slower. The issue isn’t the build, it’s the subject matter and how the user handles it.

Hi @SaintSovereign Would you consider a 3 core custom Emperor/wanted black/ rich trader targeting too many goeals?
It depends on the supporting modules. If this is an empire building stack through trading, but with romance elements, you’re good.

Makes sense when you see the build. Half the modules are “physical change” or Paragon aligning and only 4 (3 synergies) are dedicated seduction modules. It’s oddly healing focused for 2 seduction cores.

Yeah, after our discussion I started listening a bit more frequently, and I do think it’s working.
I also wanted to say something about the discussion itself.
Sometimes on the forum I feel that when someone comes in with curiosity about how something works, the conversation quickly shifts into criticism of their stack or choices.
In this case, I felt like my original question about the nature of ZPU Customs turned into “too many cores,” “Paragon with seduction cores,” etc.
I understand the feedback, but I’m comfortable with the way I designed my Customs and I’m not really looking to debate or defend those choices.
My original question was simply about how ZPU Customs tend to feel compared to major titles, and whether other people experience Customs as more subtle or slower to unfold.
And on that question, I actually got some very useful answers. Hearing that some people experience Customs as slower, more gradual, or something that needs more time helped me understand what I’m experiencing much better.
So I do genuinely appreciate everyone who helped me understand that side of it.
I just wanted to say this once because I’d personally prefer discussions like this to stay more focused on the question being asked rather than immediately turning into criticism of someone’s Custom or stack.
That’s all — not trying to argue or reopen the discussion. Just explaining how it felt from my side.

Much slower in my experience, especially for certain subs. For me physical, and romance, but less so with wealth. Never quite as good for me as short term strength of individual sub effects. Long run the results can be just as good or better.
WB and Spartan: Beast are the most obvious short term use cases that I see/feel immediate feedback on.
I have a physical customs with Beast and 1 or 2 other cores I’ve experimented with a few. There short 5 or so modules total.
My experience on 10-30 seconds of that sub before the gym- even after I ran one for 4 months is NOWHERE near as strong as Beast run solo. Its a different league - the physical effects and strength at gym of Beast store title solo. Still strong but not as strong.
Same with WB solo vs in customs before a night out.

So you mean to say the store titles might be stronger?

That’s a very interesting information.
It makes sense that a custom wouldn’t hit as much, the modules are front loaded so you first get exposure to modules if I understand that correctly and then you have 3 cores intertwined so there’s only so much scripting of each you’re getting in a few minutes if you don’t run full loop, and then I think the main reason for it is the amount of information received is so much more across different subjects you won’t get the same focused response as a solo sub.
It’s important to remember that customs hit deeper due to technologies like name/voice embedding. This might seem like it’s hitting “slower”, but that’s not quite the case - it’s deeper, more profound changes happening within the subconscious.
If all you’re basing results on is immediate impact, then you’re missing out on a massive amount of inner work and transformation.
Then add the multiple very complex/large customs, and it is a lot of things being moved around within the subconscious. This is normal and to be expected - this is why we recommend customs for more advanced users, who have the experience to be able to work on these deeper levels.

No not at all. I think the immediate short term effects of certain scripting, can be evident and execute faster. I think the scripting is more evident and obvious as well soon with less moving parts.
The longer term effects of customs can be stronger/deeper.
my true exponential financial success started when adding R.I.C.H and True Sell in custom-but my first week my sales tanked and then shot off like never before.
