It was an immediate self worth boost.
I used Lovebomb prior to Ascension and it healed a lot.
On that foundation I felt Ascension work pretty fast. I was so enthusiastic that I built a custom after three cycles with Lovebomb and Ascension.
Ascension has one big advantage over lots of other subs. It’s focused. Of course, there are other great subs that could help you. But Ascension is so focused on the basics that it works mich faster.
In the beginning I started with Emperor.
Great sub. But with objectives scattered broadly.
And to advanced for me at the time.
Ascension delivered what I was looking for in days.

Been there.
I studied Catholic theology and was a member of a community that was very… Let’s say they were pretty cautious when it came to relationships and sexuality.
Talking to attractive women outside my strict Catholic circle wasn’t something I could do easily.
But thank God, I did what @ksub recommended.
I joined a Salsa class. And it was the beginning of a huge transformation. Because I was so afraid to touch a women’s back, I didn’t lead correctly. In my first class I was told “your touch was pleasant, just put your hand on my back”.
Over the next couple of years I learned to dance Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba. Dancing, touching women, speaking with women became natural.
And I found two of the best friends I could ever think of.
Also, about joining a Salsa class, don’t simply join a Salsa class. After a couple of weeks, 2 months max, find an opportunity to actually go dancing. Grab a couple of students from your class and try it on the Dancefloor. It’s much more effective than only dancing in class.
And believe me when I say, I would have given a lot to have had subs available at that time. Especially this kind of subs.

Now I know you’re one of the dudes women throw themselves at… 
A few years before finding SC, I found my soulmate in @CurlyGirl, so I didn’t need any
Attraction results. But after a burnout and depression my self love hit rock bottom.
So my results were all internal.
Before, I wasn’t even able to look myself in the eyes for longer. I wasn’t truly able to say “I love myself”.
It came with so much acceptance.
Also seeing beauty in everyday life became much more frequent. Seeing the first flower open it’s petals, hearing a bird chirp, seeing rain hit the street.
Not really. Back in my dancing days, my basics were non existent. Self love, self worth, self esteem… No.
I was a pretty good dancer (one of the best in my town, according to some latinas, because I danced from feeling, I didn’t just recreate figures from class), but off the Dancefloor, I was always just the best friend.
Now, it should probably be different. But now I’m very happy in my relationship, so I guess I give of non-seducing vibes.

Every single person that has written here has given very good points. However, these are all their opinions and experiences, even mine too is just my opinion.
What do you want?
What is that desire that you would like to achieve as soon as possible?
Sit down think about it, even write it down. Nobody gets to make that decision for you.
Now, if your goal is what I think it is, my recommendation remains the same - Primal.
Why complicate your sub use when you have a sub that directly tackles what you want?
Self confidence, self esteem approaching are directly covered by Primal.
Then, joining the salsa class is a very good suggestion. It is the external action that gives you almost no choice but to engage with women and men too.
But picking the exact right sub for your goals and introspecting, that is the internal work to engage.
Start small man, start with Primal, and if you feel you need it, add Genesis Mogul to start working on wealth along side it.
