I think I spiritually awakened. Need some guidance

@oloy, I hope you figure things out, wish you luck.

If you don’t mind me asking… how did you get into subliminals? What was your entry point, and how did you end up here? You don’t have to answer these things if you don’t want to, I’m just genuinely curious.

Cheers.

So, I did get diagnoised wid something.

I don’t believe the diagnosis is correct, but the prescribed medication helps (in boundary setting against toxic people and making me fearless and calm), so i’m gonna keep taking it until the doc says otherwise.
Turns out, i’ve been running around wid an illness all my life. I have viewed every individual i met as an opponent in a zero sum game. And life was a TAKE or be taken scenario.

Now, by taking meds and doing a washout (10 days now, planning to do it until the new dragon reborn comes out) from phoenix + lb, i’m feeling steady lengths of calm that i’ve never known before.
My emotional regulation is very solid, my kindness towards myself is steady, and my wisdom has increased. These last 2 are definitely from love bomb (even tho i ran lb for only a week).
Also, i don’t think my illness is particularly serious (i’ll keep taking the prescribed meds and do the things doc says, tho) coz the time duration of calm I feel (throughout the day), definitely is not felt by “normal” people.

One annoying thing is the docs dont believe all the things that I say that I’ve done (by using subs), they also don’t believe in subs. And have suggested that I stop meditating (coz they think unguided meditation is causing me to have these spiritual experiences). And this might be causing them to lean towards my diagnosis (i’ll clarify about the subs in my next follow up (i’ll run a microloop in front of them if they still dont believe haha)).

Anyways, I feel very confident that this whatever is happening right now is what should be happening. I had to go through this experience to grow further. Thanks for all of your support, guys, I really appreciate it.

That’s wonderfull news.
Not that you’re ill, but that you know now and medication helps.

Any advice on this occasion?

Reading this book: Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents: How to Heal from Distant, Rejecting, or Self-Involved Parents
Initial chapters are relatable.
Dr:phoenix (5min) + love bomb (3min) (while following official listening recommendations) have solved major parts of issues like family issues, self esteem / worth etc.
Turns out microlooping phoenix + microlooping love bomb everyday was a terrible idea.
Recon and microlooping phoenix makes me angry as hell for some reason. (5 min phoenix doesn’t do this).
Life is good. infact its getting boring but boring is better than hellish drama 24/7.
also, i wanna jump to dragon reborn st4 immediately when it releases :stuck_out_tongue:
I think i might be ready for it coz i’ve run phoenix for a while and lovebomb is shedding light
to all the parts i hid from myself. But i’ll ask more experienced members if direct drst4 is a good idea once it releases.

That’s a really good book. It was rough to get through sometimes but it served as a wake up call for me.

AWESOME.
can u suggest me some more books that u liked related to trauma and healing?
I am thinking of reading “the body keeps score” after this book. Thoughts?

Complex PTSD: From Surviving to Thriving by Pete Walker is also really good. That one is super comprehensive.

The most recent one I picked up again. Self Compassion: The Proven Power of Being Kind to Yourself.

I haven’t tried body keeps the score, but it seems a little too academic for me. It’s fascinating stuff don’t get me wrong, but it might not have much in the way of practical application. But I can def attest to Pete Walkers book helping me open doors to validating my own struggles more.

But if you really relate to this stuff, I’d highly recommend getting a therapist that’s trauma informed. My therapist has given me perspective on things where I couldn’t even see them and helped me grow a lot faster. A common defense mechanism for individuals with trauma is also intense intellectualizing. So they can get into the trap of analyzing trauma and the emotions from it without really feeling them. That’s where I was for years. I could dissect all my messed up behaviors and give someone a thesis on what was going on, but it didn’t do much to help me feel better.

Thank you very much, i will check the books out.
Getting a therapist is interesting… now that i think about it, it sounds like a good idea. Do u think online therapy apps like betterhelp etc are effective, or do u prefer traditional ones?

Betterhelp is slimy, I’d stay far away. Morally bankrupt company, I can’t believe they did what they did. I feel horrible they preyed on mentally unwell individuals.

Go the traditional route. A lot of therapist nowadays offer remote sessions and that expands your options a lot. If you need any tips feel free to DM me! Finding a good therapist is a lot like job searching and can be a bit difficult to navigate.

You can check out this site: Types of Fundamental Wellbeing: Locations – Nonsymbolic It talks about various types of Fundamental Wellbeing, which can also be described as spiritual awakening. It is researched based, and has good information. I’ve gone through their couse and it has been highly beneficial for my well being.

They had titles in the past where you could freely chose the stage. But if they recommend to take the sub stage by stage, I would listen and do it.
They often tell people that went through a fourstager to take it again after an update because it changed so much.

Not how this works usually. Although subs have a similar topic like healing, often the approach is totally different.

Let’s wait until they drop the update. And then ask them directly.

Thank you for sharing…

I mean… healing is healing. right? once u heal ur wounds, u wont need to heal them a different way. But:

So, lets see what happens. Either way, I’m gonna be free from everything that holds me back.
