I’m a goat baaaa (Muay Thai Mastery/spartan)

Yes, I’ve talked to my coach many times to compete

I’ve had twenty pro fights in Thailand but that’s the past, once I asked my coach to compete he told me to take my time and I begin to understand him

People (even regular joes) are there for years in my gym, it’s a huge community

He wants me to have more time there, i get it, I’m hungry to fight though and he promised me I’d fight so I just focus on gathering as much skill and IQ as possible until the time comes

Have you thought about adding cosmic navigator?

Find the biggest weaknesses in your competition, the most easily traversed route towards greatness – all can be achieved with Cosmic Navigator.

I believe this module can help you find the weakness of your opponent, help you win the fight easier.

Hmmm I’m going to read more about that! I’ve considered it! Thank you sir I appreciate it

Now for a journal entry, I’d love to start a new style

Light vs dark! ( light is uplifting, dark is real)

Light

I feel amazing, even though I’m sick I’m here in the gym working, my mental toughness is close to none

Dark

Gotta work on groin and hip flexibility, I understand that subs propel me forward in crazy ways but I still want to put more work into my footwork and basic techniques

After 6 months I’ve come up with a good base for my body in terms of how I’d like to train OUTSIDE of technique training

Plyometrics

Full body CARS and mobility

I’ve come to a great understanding that real strength is about being strong in ranges of motion that are unnatural, this is why the above is important.

Core stability exercises

I had a very strong hankering yesterday for an alpha module, watching another Arab fighter, Youssef Boughanem, a big world champion, and I think it was a manifestation to show me a man that is very similar to my intensity and alpha. I think TYRANT module, while just being a booster… is probably so good due to it just improving results that I’ll feel like a tyrant and that’s how I want to feel when breaking my opponents or facing off enemies

Overall, this custom is about honing such a godlike amount of understanding and skill in my sport, along with the Tyrant belief and power with faith unyielding and inner voice making it so that my ego stands no chance at sabotaging my awesomeness

I replaced fearsome with immortal’s courage because I have become fearsome enough and now I want to balance it with a vibe of bravery.

(Tyrant actually missing from here still deciding lol)

I didn’t make a new custom yet, still planning, I have a custom right now with two cores and I use a third major

I don’t care about recon because I have a goal to fulfill so recon or not, I’m going, recon during fun programs is one thing, recon during the main goal program is another

I think I’ll be 100% fine, looks like a smooth custom I’d enjoy

Definitely Spartan has begun to add up significantly

I didn’t talk about my last sparring session on Saturday too much. I was sick, and due to working night shift (and Saturday training being early) I only slept 3 hours before going

I got hit in the nuts and I was so mentally strong I wanted to collapse but I thought “don’t give this guy the satisfaction) so I squatted and as I felt like I was about to break I just said “no” and the squat began to do some magical stuff which made me feel instantly relieved and better by the second

I dropped another guy with a body shot, I have a swollen shin and it was tender and I still kicked into a guard and swept a man, I went all rounds, my shirt was drenched in water, I am literally build different

What I love a lot about fighting is it’s simplicity, I don’t need to do more “advanced” things, staying balanced, moving with godlike freedom, striking with good technique, keeping hands up with every strike, keeping chin tucked, and drilling basic fundamentals for defenses and everything else is more than enough

You can’t “master” it quick, the more pristine we make it, the better we become

This bleeds over to my strength routine, I just need mobility training, Plyometrics, and core stability workouts and balance exercises, those alone will take me to the top

Im curious, why didnt you add natural winner to this combo?

Because I have it in spades already LMAO

I’ve run this custom for three cycles! It gave me what I needed! And since I have a deeper understanding of myself now I know when something is deeply integrated. For instance! I ran khan for a total over two years, due to this, it’s been in every action I had WHILE running it, and for months after (bloom) and actions

They have consequences! Meaning; the action you do with the emotion of frequency you emit creates this domino effect, meaning, I believe in subliminal permanence unless you consciously denounce the benefits and consciously begin to do the opposite to reverse the effects

So natural winner is already integrated in you? Very cool bro!

Also last question, if you could choose only 3 cores, which core would you say is more important? Legacy or minds eye?

Definitely legacy bro

“Form follows function”

I believe I’m the best fighter ever; why not shift into it?

Yes all of them are integrated, definitely, in spades, i could write pages for each and it’s manifested instances and it’s effects on me and I’d still be missing like 90% of how much it changed me (understanding how the ego works) but I won’t do that! Natural winner is pretty cool module! Feels good too; doubles as an alpha module (you’ll come off as a winner which is Uber sexy) and obviously actually winning fights and spars and training sessions and demons etc

I really love to read your insights bro, you are what i aspire to be, a great fighter.

Recovered from my injury, this week im finally gling back to training muay thai.

Im still a novice tho, long way to go but your journal is very inspiring and giving me hopes to the future.

Maybe one day we will fight one another in a pro championship

Hahahaha maybe! I encourage you to believe me. 6 months ago I used to take cold showers and tell myself id become the best, and it hurt, a few months ago it ACTUALLY hit me, one day; the REAL, raw, unrestrained idea of ACTUALLY being the best and man it make me shake in my boots. In hindsight, huge ascension right? I agree! Because I felt like I stepped into the big league, mentally. What I’m trying to say is there’s no reason to not shoot higher than you’d ever possibly imagine, and also, you’re going to be VERY surprised how good you get and how fast you get there, I’ve had times where I envisioned a certain level within months and got it literally overnight I shit you not. In terms of caliber as a fighter, I am literally universes better than I was as a pro fighter taking over the scene. So rejoice! Don’t say “it’ll be a while”
Say “I’m using subs, every loop gives me a year of skill” because man it actually works talking that way to yourself

I feel the same, i dream of fighting in the ufc and every time i think about it i feel quivers running down my spine, the more possible it feels the scarier it becomes, because it can actually happan.

I have no doubt that muay thai mastery will help me surpass everyone in my class, even the guys who have been training for years, because i have an edge they dont have.

Definitely you do, believe me, you do. These are not a joke what we got and I’ve already imagined a society 10,000 years from now studying great fighters in history that came across a “glitch in the matrix” through subclub and just rose to the top.

Believe you me, the only thing stopping us from our dreams is putting our programs down and just deciding we do not want it anymore with a whole heart.

These are absolutly amazing and mind boggling programs, when i trained muay thai for only 2 weeks i was dogding punches from guys who have been training for months and years, 2WEEKS!

The crazy thing is that i was dogding the punches before they were even thrown at me, like i knew he was gonna throw this punch so i moved before he did.

And this only 2 weeks of training, beig already gifted when it comes to fighting, paired with these subclub programs, imagine what i could do in a year of training.

Absolutly amazing is all i can say about muay thai mastery, cant wait for the mma title.

I wish you the best my friend!

I remember when I first listened to my first ever Muay Thai custom, I threw a punch so hard in my room it was so out of this world I hurt the back of my head to the side, the part connected to the neck muscles.

My biggest struggle rn is how hard I destroy people in sparring, I actively try to not go hard but my shots are so good that even at 50% people can’t handle, today was the second boxing sparring in a row I dropped a man bigger than me with a body shot that I felt was a nice crispy “pop” rather than a Herculean effort from me
