Focus on microloops and be very disciplined about not overexposing yourself and following washouts. Would also recommend not stacking anything for a while, since you’re both new and on Terminus Squared.

You’re already responding to the custom, so now it’s all about making sure you don’t overload.

No need to worry, you just have to be extra diligent.

You are overthinking this. 1 Minute is still a Microloop. Just take extended rest day if it gets too much. You do a 15 min x2 already, you will be fine sticking to microloops.

Next time, since you’re new here, please ask for input before purchasing anything. There are plenty of people here willing to help.

Even if you think you know what you’re doing, PLEASE ask for input about your plans.

For future reference, Terminus and Terminus Squared are EXPERIMENTAL. Some people, they work great. Other people, not so good.

Sounds to me that a rest would do you good. Don’t give yourself headaches. Gauge how you are feeling and go from there. If you are overloaded or in recon, it might be best to rest first, and then resume subs.
