Sounds to me that a rest would do you good. Don’t give yourself headaches. Gauge how you are feeling and go from there. If you are overloaded or in recon, it might be best to rest first, and then resume subs.
how long should i take the break for? its been 1 week is that enough? and then 10 second loops?
