How To Approach Subliminals

there is a pdf attached to every subliminal you purchase. Read through it and follow the listening schedule guidelines.

Yeah, but I mean, how can I build a strategy using those subliminals? Could it be counterproductive? I want to know whether I can use them together or not.

I would recommend you to listen to GLM for 2 cycles (months) first:

  • Check official listeninf of 21 day for 1 cycle from pdf
  • Listen to only GLM for 2 cycles

On 3rd cycle, you can add in Khan Black st1 and listen with GLM

On 4th cycle, switch KB st1 with st2 and still listen with GLM

On 5th cycle, switch KB st2 with st3 and still listen with GLM

On 6th cycle, switch KB st3 with st4 and still listen with GLM

Around 6 months are passed. Come back and check which titles you wanna listen later.

I would start with GLM because it is the latest technology and includes anti-recon scripting. It also provides a solid foundation for all other subs you want to listen to.

Start with 30-second microloops and see how you react. Then you can keep increasing until you reach 15 minutes or find your sweet spot that you feel comfortable with. After 21 days and the washout as described in the PDF, you can add Rich Crypto. Same procedure. Start with 30-second microloops.

Finally, after another 21 days, you can slowly add Khan Black. This will bring you to your maximum of three subs in your stack. However, I have found that I get along better with a maximum of two subs and have better results than with three. Everyone is different in this regard.

You can also listen to GLM alone and add Rich Crypto much later. There is no right or wrong way to do it, except that it would be wrong to listen to all three right away and then with full loops.

So start slowly with one sub and feel your way to your sweet spot. See how you react and what results you get. Then you can stack more subs.

Order: 1. GLM 2. Rich Crypto 3. KB

That’s how I would do it. Good luck and welcome to subclub!

Guys, that’s exactly what I’m looking for—people with experience. I’m so grateful for the advice you’ve given me. Wishing you all the best, multiplied by 100! I’m ready to dive into the cycles. Also, does anyone have additional tips for journaling or using AI prompts?

I can see these three working together. GLM can give you a nice calm solid masculine base

KB can make you work and utilise your sexual energy which will lead into pursuing goals in R.I.C.H Crypto

Tips I can give of the top of my head:

  • Go through the forum (particularly the on the titles you’re doing) you’ll find so much information that will help you on your journey
  • The search functionality is your friend
  • Search for recon and reconciliation so you can recognise when you are having it
  • Search for overexposure so you can recognise when you have it
  • Journal daily so you learn your mind and what is happening and the changes the subliminals are doing

This masterclass is amazing for information:

In my opinion, journaling is very important. You can make it public here, or keep it private, or do both. At the moment, I only write a private journal. I also have my dreams analyzed by Gemini AI, which has already given me a lot of insight.
I wouldn’t want to do without it anymore.

On journaling, write unfiltered whatever comes to your mind. Good or bad

I usually write my emotions, what thoughts I am having, what changes I’ve noticed that the subliminals have brought up

And as if it was just me who was ever going to read it again so I can truly be raw with what I am feeling (I keep an offline journal for this)

I’m trying to notice changes and new behaviors each day, and celebrating small wins or learning from failures. That seems to be the most optimal way for me

Also, keep track of recon levels - signs like fatigue, irritation, anxiety - you can journal about all of those and aid the changes by taking correct action and/or adjusting your listening schedule

And, I highly recommend reading through support articles

Thank you all for your incredible advice. I really appreciate it. I will take notes and journal my results. Additionally, I am involved in the crypto and marketing industries, and I felt that my subconscious was guiding me to seek advice from knowledgeable people here. I believe this will help me take the right actions and achieve my goals. Thanks so much!

That sounds incredible. May I have your prompt to analyze my thoughts and dreams as well? Thank you!

There is no specific prompt. Just describe the dream with all the details you can remember and ask what it means.

For example: In my dream today, I met xyz and … What does this dream mean? You will then receive an analysis. If anything is unclear or you need further information, just ask. If you remember any further details, just add them later. Talk to the AI as you would to a psychologist sitting opposite you. Gemini works very well for me and is perfectly adequate for my needs.

Hello –

GLM’s use case is a bit straightforward. It’s very foundational (but with great value for more “advanced” users) and will help ground the results of the other titles. Khan Black, however, is a bit more intermediate level. If you’ve never had any experiences with subtle energy (through meditation, Qigong, Tai Chi, etc.), proceed easy since this title is very much used for the cultivation of energy.

With R.I.C.H. Crypto, given that it’s main function is manifestation and opening pathways to manifestation, the more action you take while using it, the better. This doesn’t have to mean day trading – it could also be research into the topic, using simulators to hone skills, etc. The synergy between GLM and R.I.C.H. Crypto will be profound here, as it will help keep you calm and focused.

All in all, this is a good stack.

Thank you so much, beautiful souls. If I understand correctly, it’s to start the GLM first for a 21-day cycle, and then add the other ones afterward.

Yes, I would start with GLM first and see how it goes.

After 21 days, do the washout and then decide whether or not to add a second sub.

Go for Emperor, it has everything you need.

Emperor is not a beginner’s title, and Khan Black is an artisinal line sub for advanced users and experimenters. SC recommends at least 3 months on normal titles first.
