How long do you stay on a microloop before moving up

Recently iv made the mistake of going from reforged 15s to 3 min to 7 min because i felt fine on the day or the day after so now im wondering how long should i ideally stay on a microloop length before assesing if its too much or too little before going up

1 week? 2 weeks?

Also plan on using smallers 15s-30s increments because the one in help section (15s>3 min > 7 min > 15 min )was too much

Edit: And if im going up in small 15s increments it’s gonna be a long process so ill have to pick something i plan on using long term or forever

I was staying on RICH for 1 month to at most 1 min 5 seconds.

30 sec → 1 min → 1 min 5 sec

You can increase it to as small of an increment as you need to. It is always better to underexpose then to overexpose.

A little bit from my first fully ZPU build cycle experience:
WB/IC custom + ROM name embedded + Peace (added to stack at 10th listening day), 15 more listening days to go, started with 15sec loops, now 30sec loops, next week I will increase to 1min loops. This is my smoothest cycle so far in my almost 3yr subclub journey, first time no sign of recon or overload, very satisfied with results.
I guess best tactics is to not to overthink or rush increasing microloop lenght and rather enjoy the ride at slower pace,
if it feels right :slightly_smiling_face:

there’s no set timerframe, it depends on how you are integrating the sub

Instructions say to increase duration only if you don’t feel recon at higher exposure tier:

How to Progress:

During the rest period, gauge your response to the title:

  • If you are experiencing good results: On the next listening day, you may proceed to the next interval (e.g., from 15s to 30s, or from 30s to 1 minute).
  • If you encounter reconciliation during your rest day: Continue to listen at your current interval on each listening day until no reconciliation, or very little reconciliation is observable on the rest day.

Given the success of our new ever evolving anti-reconciliation technology — which aims to help you discover and dissolve the root causes of your reconciliation — this may be much easier to do.

Example Schedule:

Let us illustrate a potential situation of how this could look:

  • Day 1: Listening (15 seconds)
  • Day 2: No reconciliation discernible.
  • Day 3: Listening (30 seconds)
  • Day 4: No reconciliation discernible.
  • Day 5: Listening (1 minute)
  • Day 6: No reconciliation discernible.
  • Day 7: Listening (3 minutes)
  • Day 8: Experienced reconciliation.
  • Day 9: Listening (1 minute*)

What has occurred here: On Day 7, the jump from 1 minute to 3 minutes triggered the reconciliation process. Here, the user would return back to a single minute until the following rest day is clear enough to proceed.

It took me ~4-5 months to get to 1-3m for RICH. I could only do 15-30s max.

And it took me just 2 months to do the same for Genesis Mogul and The Stabilizer.

And even then, just in case, I still did a reset and building up from 15s on all subs again (though much faster than the first time). Why? To consolidate changes and give my mind a breather

The duration varies greatly depending on how much action you are taking/in a position to take, your baseline state (open mindedness, amount of traumas and blockages around the topic, initial limiting beliefs, etc.), state of your nervous system, and so forth

I had a lot of negative beliefs about money (and I wasn’t even aware about them), which is why it took so long for me to increase exposure to RICH. And RICH also cleared those beliefs and reformed my relationships with money, so Genesis Mogul was much easier for me

maybe if I had spent a year on EOG1 + RICH + Regeneration before using my current stack, then I’d be able to build up to full loops of RICH + GM in a week lol

Not necessarily.

There is no rule that says you must ultimately get to 15-minute loops.

So that’s not the goal.

The goal is to experience positive growth and change in your life (in the area related to the subliminal). Let that be your focus instead of listening times.

If you were drinking water, would you stop drinking when your thirst was satisfied or would you stop when you were able to ‘drink a full glass’?

If you’re ok at 7, I’d stay there.

I eventually go to 15 but after a long time (6 months to a year) and only if recon is non existent. Otherwise, if I’m not seeing results, I keep on doing micro loops.

I move from 15s>30s>1m>3m pretty fast. If I am fine the next day and no signs of recon, I increase.

However, I will stay at 3m for a few weeks, sometimes till end of cycle.

I do this because staying at 3m for a few weeks makes the transition to 7m pretty smooth and I will do the same strategy at 7m.

What’s the real reason you think listening times or changing them matter?

Is it because you think that you’ll get quicker results?

If you stopped over complicating things and simply ran the title with 1 listening times for a week or 2 or even a month then went from there …. You would see results

When you listened to 3 minutes of reforged did you have recon the next day or the day after? I’m not talking about vivid dreams or nightmares because those shouldn’t count as “recon” or measuring recon
If not consider that your baseline and leave it there for a couple of weeks

I tend to actually run full loops and lower times if needed. Gets to my sweet spot faster that way.

Yes but you and other members have interesting stacks lol …. You in particular had interesting stacks

Lately I’m doing GLM with just whatever 1 or 2 others seem right for the day. GLM and Khan4 are my favs as of late.

Mad lad. I like your style.

Edit: My dumbass is about to try this with Khan St3 and my WDB/Aura custom. Pray for my immortal soul, @Floridianninja

Once again, from the instructions:

Your goal is not to consume as much subliminal audio as possible. Your goal is self-mastery and the achievement of your objectives. Sometimes that means listening more; often it means listening less and integrating more.

Important: Do not rush through this progression in an attempt to reach the full loop faster. The goal is smooth, sustainable growth—not speed. Users who patiently work through each interval often achieve superior results compared to those who force themselves to progress too quickly.

Beware brother. You may be lost in the fog of recon.

Steady gradual change is the best

Ive been at 3m to 5m rarely go beyond it . I have great results with it

Take that approach with every sub. They work better as long-term investments than quick fixes.

Good advice and no worries there.

Interesting. I progressively build then start from 0 every cycle.
