How long do you stay on a microloop before moving up

Im intrigued, might try your method from my next cycle

As Saint already said, it’s not about using subliminal in the perfect way, but about achieving your goals. From what I can tell, it seems like you’re shifting the responsibility onto the subliminals (which, how long, etc.). I’ve done that too, so I think I know what I’m talking about. You’re so worried about the right subliminals, the technology and the right microloops length. There’s something deeper there and that’s where you should dig. Just my two cents.

I think a ā€œusefulā€ way of looking at microloops is similar to when taking meds. I was on 1000mg of Metformin. Doc wanted me on 2000mg daily to get my A1C under control faster.

I took 2000mg the next day and got side effects common to metformin I’d never got before. so I went back to 1000mg myself, then added in a 3rd 500mg tablet later in the day. Working up to 2000.

side-note: Metformin sucks lol.

I always start from Zero cause, ideally, my baseline should’ve shifted between cycles. I’m not the same person I was a cycle ago, so I need to recalibrate things for my new baseline.

Try it to with something you’ve been using for a while. You’ll have ant easier time measuring progress and recon.

I think there’s a misunderstanding here.

Even if you were planning to run something short-term, you DON’T need to listen to the full script to achieve your goals.

There are stories of people who are listening to under 3 minutes who are achieving what they want.

You don’t even need to constantly increment.

You could listen to X for 1 min for a whole year and receive amazing results - no need for longer listening times.

It’s based on your capacity, which is different for everybody.

People think once they go up they can’t go back down

If u experience recon, I say you should go all the way back down to 30s and restart from there.

Eventually you’ll find the spot that gives you recon

And you should go back to 30s after the recon to give yourself Time to process the recon

I allways do 3 min of a Titel.

Took me 5 months of WDB custom to upp it to 6 min and no recon since the switch

Same with my Hero custom, after5 month switch to 6 min

KB custom is at 3 min and it’s sufficient atm.

The upgrade came the moment I wanted to be the dreamboy and the Hero

Pretty interesting

Something I’m not 100% clear on is use of microloops with a stack.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that we should use the same microloop length for each title/custom in our stack.
So if I have a stack of 3 customs, I listen to each of them for 30s, and if I go up to 1 min, I do that for ALL titles at the same time (and if I go back down due to recon, I do that for ALL titles at the same time).

But now I’ve gone back and re-read those sections of the Instruction Manual webpage, and I can’t see anything saying that this is the case.

Does anyone know the official line on this?

Because for example, I’ve run Wanted and Diamond for 5 months each previously, but let’s say I start running something totally new like Peace or Emperor in a new stack with those 2 other titles.

I listen to Wanted and Diamond on the same day, and Peace on a separate day.

I start all of them at 15 seconds, but after a few days, move up to 30 seconds.
But I feel Peace needs to go back to 15 seconds due to recon, but I’m perfectly fine with Wanted and Diamond and even feel I can comfortably bump those up to 1 min loops each.

Can I do it like that, just do different loop times for each title?

It was from older manual. You can treat your stack as one big subliminal and increase the duration simultaneously - this way, it’s easier to track it and you don’t have to try and play the guessing game, trying to figure out which sub exactly is causing recon

But it’s not a requirement and you can increase durations independently
