How do subs work

Do they have a limited time to improve u before reaching the maximum level (ceiling) , for example if I run ascension for 6 months will it improve me the maximum this sub can or will it continue to make changes if I listen to it for say 2 years, because how I see it with the sub, there is a limit to how much it can improve in you before u have to move on to a higher level sub or another sub, but I would love to know if I’m wrong @SaintSovereign @Fire @DarkPhilosopher.
Also what will happen if I listen to it and then come back after 2 years, will there be different changes made to me or will there be no effects since I hit my ceiling

There will always be something to improve. While you might become the dream man you’ve always imagined, at that point you might realize you will want to improve further. And our subs will be there to help you get to the next stage after that. As time goes on with listening, it will become harder and harder for negative outside influences to change you.
