Just to clarify some things: I do want a masculine stoic mindset but outwardly I want to be more playful and fun, that’s how I am naturally, but the thing is that I cannot fully express it sometimes or around new people, for example.

If you only ran one of them for 3 cycles alone, you would develop far better confidence.

And running 3 titles, especially as a complete beginner and having WANTED which has many elements in it maybe overkill for you.

However, if you decide to run 3 titles, try 3-5 minutes for each title so you don’t overexpose and gauge how much recon you are getting. LBFH can be intense depending on the person alone, it builds up.

I see what you are saying. I am definitely keeping Wanted for long term because I want to experience all of it’s benefits. LBFH seems like a nice addition as well cos I do believe in the importance of self love.

I’m assuming heavy recon
Or overexposure …. Bad headaches, extreme anger or frustration, adding on too many titles and overwhelming yourself. Etc.

I have a belief that I can handle the subs well & have managed pretty well over the past almost 2 years of sub usage.

I have been enjoying genesis a lot. I feel a warmth through my body every time I listen. I feel great euphoria as well.

When starting out, it’s best to have a solid experience with them and so you have no idea how much your brain can handle processing wise but I do recommend doing 3-5 minute loops, Saint does this too.

Even though it says you can stack up to 3, doesn’t necessarily mean you need to. Many of us have gone overboard and realise actually keeping it simple with less to process gives you faster results.

Think of it this way, it’s like downloading new software and the more additional titles you add, the slower that progress bar is going to move.

My take. If you’re a first timer, no, don’t get another one. In fact I’d suggest that you drop those two for a few months and run Ascension or Genesis for three to six months. You could do both if you must stack.
Those two titles are the best way of building a base of confidence, self esteem, ect. That will actually make any of the more directed titles work better when you get to them.
These things work incredibly fast compared to other subs and other means of self improvement, but it still takes time, and spending it with one of the base builders will pay dividends later. Just be patient and let the change happen.

I would add Daredevil for social confidence and social skills mastery unless you’re already there. Without both you can’t expect much in the world of seduction.

Thanks guys, I think I might continue with Wanted and LBFH for one cycle since I’ve already started and then possibly replace lbfh with Ascencion or add it on top, depending on how it goes.
