Hi Everyone, I'm a newbie with a couple of questions

Hello, and thanks for taking a moment to read this, hope you’re all doing well.

I am a 52 year old man from NYC. My research into subliminal technology has led me here.

I just started with Ascension, as I’ve always been introverted and want to increase my success with women. I was then going to continue on with Regeneration, to heal any emotional vulnerabilities and negative beliefs I have from a difficult childhood.

Next up I was thinking of True Social and/or Primal, and then Primal seduction. Do these choices seem like they follow a logical progression?

Also I plan on running them as suggested, 1-2 loops, then a rest day, and repeat for 21 days, then rest for 5 days. How may times do I repeat this cycle/process for each title?

Thanks for reading, stay well,
Rob

Welcome to SC!

Yes, that’s logical enough.

The common recommendation is at least around 2-3 cycles.

From my experience, stick with them for at least half a year. The changes that they help you bring into your life will stick better after that long.

Thanks Viktor!

Great, seems like I might be on the right track then. My only concern is maybe abandoning a title too early with the anticipation of moving on to the next one. I know I can stack titles, but want to stay with this first one only for at least 3 cycles.

Stay well,
Rob

Opinion (going deep here, but it always gets here sooner or later):

Willingness (whether grudging or enthusiastic, acknowledged or implicit) to face and encounter reality–to touch reality–lies at the root of any beneficial change.

Reality, your experience of reality, is the ultimate metric. The best guide to strategy and approach. Choose your subs and change your subs based on what is actually happening to you in your life.

Bring the subs into your process; but focus primarily on your process.

Sometimes it’s hard to do this at first because we don’t see much movement happening in a particular area of our life, so we may feel discouraged about what we can accomplish. At those moments, focusing on the sub (or on whatever tool or method we’re using) can be a comfort, an encouragement, and a protector of hope. And that’s okay. You can usually tell when someone is applying this strategy because they tend to talk about change as something that “the subliminal is doing”.

The secret is, however, that it’s always you. Potential and change are always there. We don’t see them when they’re beneath the thresholds of awareness. (Just like we don’t see the Sun at night, or see a fish after it dives deeper than a few inches.) But they are still there.

Practical suggestions:

  • Combine Genesis with Ascension

  • Once you have your listening routine in place, (pretend to) forget about the subliminals

  • Focus instead on shaping the adventure of your life. Think like an author or a sculptor; but shaping moments and choices rather than words or clay

  • I say ‘pretend to’ forget the subliminals, because you won’t really forget them. But put the primary focus on noticing what you’re observing and experiencing in your life. Think about (and maybe write about) how you want to shape things.

  • As your journey takes shape, use the subs as tools to empower and facilitate the processes and projects that you observe and undertake in your self and your life.

  • Let the subs follow rather than lead. (i.e., First, notice the weather, and then choose your outfit. This is a better way to start. Eventually, you’ll have the power to be able to choose your outfit, and then travel to wherever the weather matches what you want to wear. But at first, it’s good to do it the other way. That way you don’t have to find yourself walking down a busy Manhattan street decked out in flippers and scuba gear. Save those for when you find yourself at the beach.)

What @Malkuth said is great advice.

There’s only a couple of things I have that I could add. Number one, experiment! Microloops can be your friend. Look up the articles that have been written on it but ultimately trust your own reaction to the subs. If you get recon, other than rest, it can be worthwhile introducing a sub gradually using microloops until you get more experience with Zero Point and how it works for you.

Second, really think about what your goals are. I don’t know what yours are, but often the desire to “improve your success with women” can be a mask for something deeper. Ask yourself whether you’re looking for casual dating, friendship, or finding a soul-mate and life-partner. Depending on what you’re looking for, there could be a more appropriate stack that will align more with your goals. I’m an introvert too IRL (INTP, HFA) and you might find that with a little socialising, your goals and desires change. So don’t be afraid to adjust your upcoming stack as the journey unfolds. It might be that for your personality type, a different set of subliminals will work better for you. As an INTP, I haven’t gotten as much out of PS as extroverts will. But something like WB or HS could work better for what you’re after to get to your goals faster. Ascension is a good start though.

I would take @Malkuth 's advice and combine Genesis with Ascention. Genesis is great, I started with it and it changed my life. It’s been three cycles and I don’t plan on taking it off my playlist for a LONG time. Genesis provides everything you need to get out of the stuck mud mental stage and move forward with power.

Wow, thank you Malkuth, for such a detailed and thoughtful response!

I like the approach of focusing on what is going on in my life, and choosing subs to mirror that. Also the idea that potential is always there beneath the surface is something I considered, so it’s great to see that see that confirmation.

Reading the description for Genesis, it looks like I’ll be trying that one as well. I like that it does seem to contain “very light healing…aimed not at directly healing your issues but at simply dissolving them enough so that through your action you can overcome them”. I think I will then try Genesis instead of Regeneration for now, as it is also designed for beginners.

I also like the idea of shaping the adventure of your life. We can become so beaten down by the responsibilities and difficulties of life that we can tend to “go with the flow” rather than creating the trajectory of our life.

You’ve given me a lot to think about, and will refer back to your post for encouragement.

Thanks again!

Also this, Rob.

Genesis combines a lot of ingredients, and a number of them are directly related to some of your stated goals. So, I hope it will give you some nice surprises as well.

I wouldn’t, at least, not to start with. We’re talking about a new (SC) subliminal user here, not an advanced user :stuck_out_tongue:

Later on after getting the feel for each separately, combining them would be a good idea. But taking the time to get to know them individually and how they compare to the copy, rather than just overwhelming the mind with suggestions and running the risk of weakening the initial unfolding, that’s how I’d do it. Gradual is better when you’re starting tabula rasa.

Thanks emperor!

Yes, I’ve seen that some have received great results with microloops. I haven’t experienced any reconciliation yet, but if I do, I will try. Right now, I’m doing the full 15 loop per session.

Agreed, I listed a pretty broad goal to begin with, and it can be a mask for something else. Which is why I was thinking of trying Regeneration, but will try Genesis first as suggested.

Nice to see a fellow introvert, I forgot which type I fall under though. I recently started an online program with Jaunty, which has practice drill for social skills. Between that and the subliminals, I think I should see improvements.

Stay well,
Robert

Thanks Akin!

Yes, that seems to be the consensus to add in Genesis. It’s cool that it had such an effect on you, and I will add it after I do at least a couple of cycles of Ascension.

Stay well,
Robert

Yeah… Even though people have good suggestions, only you know what you need deep inside. Follow your intuition and you will be fine. :yellow_heart:
