Helping with recon

I have always gotten recon with NSE titles like PS, WB, and SB. I do not mind having recon except with recon I always get headaches and after that I need to take pills and I do not like pills because they cause harm in different parts of the body and I do value my health.

I know I can lower my exposure which I actually do, doing only 5 minutes rn. (of course, it can be lower 3 mins, etc.)
But I am curious if there is another solution to somehow lower recon like doing Phoenix before a main title or Sanguine after.

Sweets do not help.

Does for some.

Well, good for you.

Just meaning that thread is full of good ideas besides sweets. .

Eh…

Maybe you need a little more sweetness in your life. Getting a sense of some sour or bitter vibes.

Headache recon, in my experience (and corroborated by quite a few other people here over the years), is an acetylcholine depletion and also probably some dehydration… take a good choline source (alpha GPC, phosphatidylcholine, a ton of pastured egg yolks, whatever) with some electrolytes in an adequate quantity of water to rehydrate yourself.

I actually drink a lot of water during the day and eat four pastured eggs on lunch, but who knows, anyways thanks.

It works wonders

What about Choline Bitartrate?

Assuming best case scenario, with absolute ideal conditions for the chickens (optimal nutrition, etc), an average large egg contains about 140mg of choline, according to google. 4 per day just barely meet the baseline recommended intake, for normal neural functioning… if you have a deficiency, you need more, lots more. My choline dose is 2-4 grams, which is only 2 or 3 choline gelcaps.
Government recommended intakes for nutrition stuff is pretty suspect anyway, just look at how ridiculously low the RDIs for vitamin D3 are…
It’s the electrolytes in the water that are key here, not just the water.

Cheaper, less effective, but works too.

What about Lecithin, is it a good source of Choline?

Depends on the quality, but yes it certainly can be. The phosphatidylcholine supplement I take has lecithin in it. I’m not prone to the “natural sources are always better” mindset though, so if I want 2g of choline then I will buy a reputable supplement that contains a guaranteed dose of 2g of choline per serving…

I switched to this one recently and have noticed much less headaches!

Do you take it all at once or divided throughout the day in several smaller doses?

Focus on doing what you can to realize your goals. The more you are in tune with what you actually want to do(and the subs are supposed to help you get there), the less recon you naturally experience. If you run a seduction sub and don’t focus on seducing women every day, you’ll inevitably get recon.
I find that I get little to no recon if my intent throughout my day is fully focused on that which the sub is supposed to help me with. Unless we’re talking about heavy healing subs like Dragon Reborn Stage 2. That still hits like a truck even if you are focused on healing for most of the day.
In my opinion, if using the subs actually do induce headaches for you, it is a sign of your daily intent/focus being at odds with what the subs are suggesting to your subconscious, hence the friction. Align, and the recon/headache will disappear.

Work on these things before you consider sweets or chemicals. If you’re not chronically undernourished, sweets and the like simply seem to brush over the real issue, which is that your mind needs to become more receptive(through open-mindedness, which you get through questioning your beliefs), that you need to lower the input(loops) and that you need to align your actions with the sub.

Divided, half in the morning and half with dinner, but extra as needed if I have a headache (though since I’ve been taking choline regularly, headaches are much less common now… things don’t just “happen”, everything has a cause… identify the cause and mitigate it, and the problems mostly go away!)

I am looking at Alpha GPC on Iherb and there are always 600mg as daily doses. With Alpha GPC one can take only 600mg and with Choline 2-4g ?
