Guys, i wanted some help so i send a ticket, but its already One week and no One responded

I did a mistake in buying the custom Subliminal, because i didnt know about the customization part and about that i have to buy 10 modules for create a Subliminal
I cant afford it, so i told at the ticket if i can cancel the order, and having in Exchange two subliminals for their shop.
I Hope for a response, its already a while!

And just for clarification:
You didn’t buy a custom.
You bought a couple of modules.

If we compare it to building a custom house instead of buying a prefab house, you’ve ordered the bricks and mortar plus some doors.
What you didn’t order was the rest of the materials and construction workers to build the house.
