I liked both the 1978 and 1956 version, but the 1956 version was my favorite.

Watched Superfly (2018). It is an unbelievable story with an overpowered main character (drug dealer) who go through every dangers with his gun and swagger. It is like a rap video clip. And frankly looks like a male fantasy movie (or maybe a rap fan fantasy movie).
