Summary and notes about 6 day washout.

Around day 1 and 2 of washout I did get a somewhat hard time falling asleep. This feeling went away near the end of the washout. NRICH doing its work or something.

I don’t think alpha titles are for me for the time being. Being fiery in real life is unnecessary. Emotional control is important.

Tuesday Evening Post

Day 1 of NRICH, New Sanguine & New QL.

15 min NRICH with 5 minute New Sanguine

Speaking on emotional control I decided to drop EOG St4 for New Sanguine. The plan is to bring back EOG once the new upgrade arrives. The wealth title in the stack is NRICH. It is a stack of new tech.

The duo combo of New Sanguine and New QL seems interesting. Support was helpful with their answer.

A long term plan I have is to slowly build to a custom with New EOG and NRICH cores.

As EOG is no longer in the stack I am taking a break from this journal. Going private for a bit. There may be a new journal, not sure.

EDIT:

Initial impression of Sanguine: I do feel immediate effects. There is more calm and I treat students in my online remote work (private educational services) better. More patience from me.

Friday Apr 19, 2024 - Day 12 of Genesis: Mogul, New Sanguine, New Quantum Limitless Stage 3 (Cycle 2)

Rest day today. Yesterday was 15 min New QL Stage 3.

I did take a break from journaling on here. Here are a bunch of notes before I close out this journal.

Nouveau: RICH got replaced by Genesis: Mogul as I am trying the new NFTW technology. I am also taking a break from EOG ZP v2. I think I might have plateaued and want to try the new stuff. Both NRICH and Genesis: Mogul are much easier subs to use/digest versus EOG Stage 4 ZP v2.

New Quantum Limitless is still good. I am still continuing my language learning in French and Mandarin Chinese. New QL also helps with my work as I need to solve problems fairly fast for students (private educational services).

New Sanguine helps a bit. I liked Sanguine in ZPv2 and I like this new version too. For me it just works. I do find that I sleep better with less worry. I am aware that there is a lot of negativity in news but I do follow mostly financial markets news to see what is going on. I am able to tune out the negative stuff more easily.

I think Quantum Limitless + Sanguine is a good duo. You get reduced recon, clearer thinking and can fall asleep easier. I am kind of tempted to do a Sanguine + QL custom but I should see how New QL Stage 4 works out.

I have found myself being on this forum less since Sanguine + New QL Stage 3. For now I am going private in journalling.
