Day 22 of New Primal, EOG Stage 4, New QL Stage 1 (Cycle 2)

15 min of New Quantum Limitless stage 1.

Washout starts now. I had 4 days planned for this washout period but I will do 6 days. I think I am ready to do New QL Stage 2 after 2 cycles or 40 something days.

New QL Stage 1 has been good so far. I have not found it to be mind blowing but the productivity increase, drive and motivation is more noticeable.

Even though I am aware of financial market dangers I do feel some optimism over the last 3 months or so. I still follow the Bitcoin ETF stuff.

Rest day/ day off work. Washout day 3 of 6.

I wanted to make a journal entry yesterday evening but I got tired. I did briefly look at the new releases/upgrades from last night. Stark Black could be interesting. The thing is that I just finished one cycle of New Primal. One more cycle or two of New Primal is in my plans.

Monday Jan 22, 2024

Washout day 6 of 6. Day 28 of New Primal, EOG Stage 4, New QL Stage 1 Cycle 2.

This washout period has been mostly recon free. I do not really recall much major results in this washout period. I consider these 6 days to be good if there is no nasty recon.

The major highlight from new QL so far is getting back into language learning.

From time to time I read sales pages of the subs I run to remind myself why I choose certain subs in a stack. Before I was writing this I reading the sales copy for new Quantum Limitless. More specifically stage 2 as I transition to that stage.

Results as of late in this stack have been mostly new QL. With EOG Stage 4 I use it mostly for some finance/crypto research.

Tuesday Jan 23, 2024 - Day 29 of New Primal, EOG St4, New QL Stage 2 Cycle 1

Moved onto Stage 2 for New Quantum Limitless. Around 3 min to start as I work my way up to 15 minutes.

No results/nor recon to report. Iā€™ll give it time to see what happens.

Edit: Fixed typo it should be Stage 2 cycle 1 not cycle 2.

Day 38 of New Primal, EOG St 4, New QL Stage 2

15 min new Primal & 15 min EOG St4

From the Monday/yesterday I did feel some subliminal processing going on. As of late I notice some sort of Natural Winner effect. This Natural Winner effect is from new QL I think but it could be from Primal. I do get gradual increases in self-belief and well as increased knowledge from language learning.

With the language learning I am continuing to use Mango Languages for self studying. I work in short 15 minute bursts using a Pomodoro timer online. The future plan is to add more bursts for more language learning during part of my free time.

This comparison may be obvious to some. Subliminal usage is somewhat similar to language learning. Using too many subs in a stack is like learning three or more languages at a time. There could be so much information to digest and can cause headaches. Using one or two subliminals is like learning one or two languages. It is easier to digest than learning 3, 4, 5+ languages (or even doing 5 or 6 college/university courses).

There are some who can handle more but for many who are new it is best and safer to start out with one or two subs/languages at a time.

Day 42 of New Primal, EOG Stage 4, New QL Stage 2.

Rest day 2 of 2 for week.

I am considering changing up New Primal for something like Love Bomb or Nouveau RICH. It is hard to pinpoint the results on New Primal. I think I get more internal confidence and a Natural Winner effect. Also my view on women is less negative.

It could be recon here. I will have to think about this, read sales pages on the titles here and forum posts.

Day 45 of Stack.

12 min of New Quantum Limitless Stage 2.

I am kind of fighting off a small sore throat since Monday. My productivity and cognitive abilities are not affect too much. I work remotely so I am okay.

I saw the list of the next subs to be upgraded. Love Bomb could be the next one if I do minus New Primal for it. I was rereading Yardbirdā€™s opening journal entry post for inspiration. There is also Nouveau RICH as I have it as a core for a long term custom plan after EOG upgrade.

Day 50 of EOG Stage 4, New Primal and New QL. Day 20 of Stage 2 for New QL.

It did almost one 21 day cycle but I worked my up to a 15 minute loop of New QL Stage 2. Before the new Subliminal experience I was not into the microloop stuff as I would just the full loops from the first loop of a new sub. I am more cautious this time around. The toughest loops for me tend to be the first couple of loops of a new title.

I still maintain a language learning schedule thanks to new QL. Most of my results are from QL and not so much from new Primal and EOG Stage 4.

Day 52 of EOG Stage 4, new Primal and New Quantum Limitless.

I had Primal and EOG Stage 4 loops planned but I went 15 min of new QL loop. Six day washout starts now.

I am considering removing new Primal for something. The two multistagers EOG Stage 4 and new QL (on stage 2 right now) stay in the stack. As I do this washout I will research stuff on this forum.

Washout day 2 of 6.

Hmm. A Stark Black Reality (ASBR) could be an option too. Stark as a custom core in the past in Qv2 and ZP was okay for me. Maybe ASBR could yield nice benefits.

It is either:

  • Love Bomb (Makes it a stack of EOG for wealth, New QL for learning & productivity and LB for romance)
  • Nouveau RICH (To supplement EOG, try out NWE and for a long term custom plan)
  • or ASBR (For the mix of wealth, romance, productivity and fame boosting)

Washout day 5 of 6.

On the weekends I donā€™t do language learning. I treat it as rest days.

I am considering my language learning schedule by adding more minutes.

In addition, I am reconsidering reading books. Stuff like The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle (I have a copy lying around), Cal Newport books, Flow by Mihaly C (donā€™t remember the last name).

Tagging @James for credit. Scott Young is of consideration for reading materials along with Jim Kwik. Iā€™ve see Jim Kwik around on Youtube ads a couple of years back.

I am kind of following the crypto markets. Many coins & tokens are up but a few of my targets have not gone up that much. Accumulate more or wait for drops in prices? Hmm.

It is -New Primal for +Nouveau RICH. I am not sure when EOG will be upgraded plus I want to try a title with the New Wealth Experience.

Day 3 of EOG St4, New QL + Nouveau RICH.

Five min Nouveau RICH + New QL Stage 2 15 min.

I am trying an experimental listening pattern for this cycle while building to 15 min for NRICH.

  • Listening day with NRICH + EOG St4
  • Rest Day
  • Listening day with NRICH + New QL Stage 2

As usual I do Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays as listening days (x3 per week) with the other days being rest days.

If I had space I would run the new Sanguine title. It is just I started Nouveau RICH.

In theory it sounds cool to have both New Sanguine and new Quantum Limitless in a stack. A mix of productivity and calm focus.

Day 6 of EOG Stage 4, New QL Stage 2 (Cycle 2) + Nouveau RICH

Played 15 min EOG Stage 4 + 8 min NRICH.

I have revised my language learning plan. No German learning unfortunately. It is Mandarin Chinese + French (15 min each x2 in short bursts) with Mango Languages and with Youtube learning for Mandarin. I am planning a vacation and want to be able to order food in Asia with better proficiency.

With new QL I am sensing a stronger desire to learn. I want to use as much free time as possible to learn as time is something that you cannot get back.

Listening day of EOG Stage 4 (15 min) and Nouveau RICH (15 min).

I worked my way up to 15 minutes. For me it was not too bad, not much recon encountered.

Sunday Mar 3, 2024 (Today)

Day 13 of Stack.

I stopped this experimental listening pattern of running a multistage + NRICH. Just New QL Stage 2 today (15 min).

Crypto market is looking crazy again after a two year ish bad market from umm crpyto scandals. I have not really invested more as of late. I am more in the hold phase and collect (monthly) dividends on most of my stock holdings.

Day 20 of EOG Stage 4, New QL Stage 2 and Nouveau RICH

EOG Stage 4 15 min loop with 15 min of NRICH in evening (instead of usual morning).

Over the last few days I am reminded to not save too much. Spending is important too but donā€™t overspend.

A vacation is in the works. Instead of the airline used last year a different airline with more value added is being used.

I am slowly getting back into Cal Newport. Both Scott Young and Cal Newport have new books. I would have to look into their Youtube videos first.

As I near the end of this ZP cycle I am considering removing EOG Stage 4 for something like PHOENIX, New Sanguine or Love Bomb. This would make Nouveau RICH as the wealth title in the stack until EOG gets upgraded.

I could have the stack switching recon so I would have to think about this for a few days and see the forum updates.

Day 22 of EOG Stage 4, New QL Stage 2 and Nouveau RICH

New QL Stage 2 15 min loop. I am taking a 5 or 6 day washout to end this ZP cycle. I think I am ready to get into New QL Stage 2 after running it for 2 ZP cycles.

Over this washout period I will think hard about whether to remove EOG St 4 for a NEW upgraded title. Either New Sanguine (I have it in downloads) or New Love Bomb (not purchased). Support was super helpful with their response about New Sanguine & New QL combo.

New QL is staying for a while. I really like it. I do feel gradual growth in language learning, I do feel more of a sense of a self-belief in myself and abilities. Learning does feel fun and rewarding.
