  • Completed 3 cycles of my SS Custom and 1 cycle of Aura Custom . Listened to a max of 2 mins of SS and 1 min of Aura Custom .

  • One strong effect of LBfH - I cook for myself the exact taste I look for . And everytime I cook , I feel proud that I achieved that taste which I desired . ( Self-Love )

  • I find that I have something to say for every question no matter whether its a shittest / insult / wit .

  • In Parties , I now communicate with people without any end goal in mind .

  • I realized that , when am among a huge bunch of people , my heart rate increases .

  • Many people including superiors in the work are helping me . In a way , that also creates a jealousy triangle among the colleagues in my tier . Thats why I decided to add modules like Ebon Maneuver / Manipulus to my SS Custom . Lets see how that pans out .

  • In my approaching days , I used to have some planned scripts in order to evoke laughter . But now I find that , my style of humor is not lengthy scripts . My style is more like - short , situational , improvising .

  • I live in a country where the language spoken here is neither my mother toungue nor did I study that in school . I receive compliments in the party that I dont have any tinge of foreign accent . ( Polygot ) I also feel confident to make jokes in that lanuage

  • Since changing the work in a very short notice , I lack necessary documents to receive proper salary . But the management there helped me by giving a condo for free and also ’ giftcards ’ to buy my groceries . Also they helped me last week to get the necessary documents . I hope everything goes fine this month .

  • I played SS with one cycle of Shop version of LBfH and 1 cycle of Aura Custom . In the second cycle I felt , I talked to more people .

  • Eventually will switch True Sell + True Social to Stark OG but I think this is not the time .

  • Recon is there . But I think coming down to 30s helps .

  • I think I achieved this . So pausing SS for now .

  • Money is stable . Looked to buy properties in my home country but never got the time or balls to implement . Looking to invest in Gold / Silver / BTC . Lets see .

  • Started to took Fitness seriously . Looked to hop on gear but realized I am not going to compete so left at it .

Changed my mind . The copy of SS speaks to me more than PS . ( atleast for Street Approach )
So , SSX from 1 July .

Going hard next week on the streets since am having vacation . Aiming 250 approaches till next weekend . Lets see what NRE in SSX can do .

Summer indeed has changed my mind . Decided to only approach on the streets .
Since adding NC1 , not having any interest to stay late at the night .

Considering this approach , where the number of approaches ( to girls ) I do remain constant per week
, how often do you recommend to change a title from one to another ( to evaluate the results ) ?

Rn , am not changing the titles much , planning to run one for 2 cycles minimum .

  • 1 cycle of NC1 with SSX completed .

  • 4 pairs of abs are clearly visible . Bottom left is slightly visible in good lighting . That being said abs is not my focus , I want to get big .

  • R Biceps - exactly 14 inches L Biceps - 14.5 inches . Got a tshirt which accentuates my v taper and arms . A charity person opened me - is your heart as big as your biceps ? Thats good , I want the biceps and v taper to pop out .

  • I am able to progressive overload once in every 3 weeks - 4 weeks .

  • Rn , aiming P 150 C 410 F 60 .

  • Coming to DG - Well , I started to do it again after a gap of 2 years . Well , Verbals are rusty . But surptisingly there is no AA . 1 st set of the day , I will have mild lethargy , after that , I can do like 5 - 10 approaches within 1 hr if its a busy street .

  • I am still feeling some spotlight effect , still feeling what the poeple might think if I approach . I have to eradicate this . I am losing too many sets like this .

  • Some major highlights - ~ 150 - 160 Approaches

20-25 yr old Ukranian - iDATE - wife material . Wooah , the energy she had , I dreamed of myrring her but unfortuantely didnt see her after iDate .

4 Number Closes - all flaked .

Nightgame - 2 Milfs closes . One made out . Another escalated hard didnt kiss .

Social Circle - A Moroccon 29 yr old from work number closed me and escalated on me after seeing her randomly on the street . Lets see what develops from this .

  • With work and gym , its really hard to go hard on streets . I have to approach more . Thinking of moving close to DG street .
