Actually I want to run legacy of the Spartan I really wonder this one, how will affect me. I’m going gym but for a few days I want more progression more aesthetic body, probably in the summer I will change my program to split, first about my progression I’m going gym for like 5.5-6 months I gain some muscles I look good in undershirt, but in t shirt it’s not that visible, my primary focus not gym but I want to develop it more, actually at this time I only want to workout, train. In the I’m trainin good I’m pushing myself, there are things that I’m missing like not doing bench press or pull up or not doing consistently abs moves, but I will give attention more. I did some pull ups at gym I can’t do it in row, but atleast I can do it one properly rep, totally did like 10 but I should warm up properly next time,I forgot this. Probably bench press will more hard for me but I should do it for upper gain, actually it’s full body exercise but this move can give more aesthetic body, I dropped Smith machine shoulder press it’s not comfortable for me, I will do seated dB instead of this + incline machine shoulder press my goal hit shoulder press 10 sets minimum ideally 15 and 6 sets side delts minimum.
For legs actual for along time I didn’t do leg moves because I injuried my knees probably form leg press or squat(it was bodyweight lol). But I did leg extension and calf raises because if I don’t do them it will creat imbalance and probably it will load my knees to more weight, I didn’t feel pain when doing them but when I was trying to lying leg curl it gave my knees to pain, would be big problem not training harmstring? Imbalance again? Maybe I can do it with dumbbells but I don’t wanna do any exercise similar to squat.
Abs, I’m doing some sort of crunch (leg elevated) and bicycle crunch now, I tried to reverse crunch for low abs but I quit it looks ineffective. But I will write and ask about abs later.
Trapezius, I’m doing shrugs for this but I newly started. And for neck neck curl could be good maybe I can do for once week; neck and traps are important.
And my wrist, elbow I have to more take care of it and do some exercises, but I’m neglecting for days.
But still I wonder how would affect legacy of the Spartan my workout, aesthetic. Just one cycle, can I see massive improvement? Maybe I can drop GLM?
I said my primary goal is not fitness but I just want to work out, pretty much fucking every day

I made my decision I will drop GLM and run love bomb instead it’s more important for me rn. Im running khan already. I’m wondering love bomb, it might accelerate my results.

Time is limited, I should make plan and finish the books, because if you don’t make plan and give attention time passes so quickly, for a few days, actually like for 2-3 weeks i didn’t read a book and I spent most of time here, read old posts like luther’s.
But now reading books has more ROI for me. When I was reading in parallel; feeling is the secret and power sub mind(jos.murphy) I was receiving some insights, I finished feeling is the secret it’s short book but I will re-read again.
Books that should read now are; feeling is the secret, power subconscious mind, the last law attraction book(I’ve read some parts but haven’t finished fully), and maybe some parts of our ultimate reality (but for me this is a long term book) and for porn addiction ez peazy method. Probably my first choose will be feeling is the secret and power of sub mind
And also books increase creativity, then you start to connect the dots
So my new stack will be: Khan, Khan Black, Love Bomb
and I’m thinking about Legacy of the Spartan, I really wonder this title, how effective is this? Because it’s physical shifting subs it means that you will see tangible results more easily. Maybe after 1-2 cycles after this stack I can use microloops of Legacy of the Spartan as 4th sub, I want to use it while I’m going gym
