What should be my next stack? My last stack was limitless, Phoenix,paragon I actually want to run KB again but I have no place. I have to control my sexual urges(?)
Maybe do a “less is more” approach to get faster results. Run something like The Executive or GLM: The Commander “solo” that give you insane productivity (or anything else that gives you that). So your sexuall energy flow elsewhere.
Take regular walks/do exercise, get proper rest, hydrate well & get nutritious food to handle the health part.

Thank you I walk regularly, go to gym 3 times a week, hydrate well but I don’t have good sleep(routine) hygiene

I don’t have any intend to buy new programs I have limitless executive and instead of the commander I have emperor black I ran them but I didn’t have any insane productivity.
And I have health problems so I wanna keep paragon but I don’t see any obvious result from that but probably I will keep this stack running

i wanna write somethings but time is gettling late, probably ill do some readigns and sleep but i cant spend too much time on this now.
