I have a NE custom and a 20 modules custom including two cores.
Listening to 3 minutes of such a custom might prevent me from actually getting to the cores or the modules?
How should it be done?

at 3 minutes you’ll be getting the cores and modules
but instead of trying to get the full script, find the point where you’re not in recon land thinking its not working
because at that point its actually pointless trying to get as much as possible if you’re not getting results
reframe it as how much can I listen to and get outstanding results in my life
