This makes sense actually. I’ve had a lot of memories come up on regeneration and it made me realize that I’ve had these issues for a long time, I guess I just accepted them.

I’m running vibes and seductress too so it’s a little hard to tell what’s always Regen exclusively, but I usually mention what sub I think is influencing me.
If you have been running GLM since release that is four months already. So if you replace it with Regeneration now you will probably maintain all the growth you’ve experienced so far with GLM and build on that with Regeneration.
random question, If you have vivid dreams in regards to the subs you’re running, more so than usual, is that a good sign that the sub is working on a deep deep level…asking because I haven’t had any huge “in your face results”, more subtle results maybe, but I’ve been having very vivid dreams that relate to the sub I’m running now, wanted and PS/emperor…like so vivid that I can remember them even now?
I would say that the content of the dream matters more? @SaintSovereign might have more on that.
Like for example since you’re running wanted. I’d say it’s a good indicator if your dreams show you being pursued. And not in like a wow this is awesome way, but more like an I expect this to happen kinda way.
So less fantastical dreams ironically enough would show deeper growth I think. The really vivid ones that are impactful might be more of the intermediary change stage. Cuz it’s novel in a way to your reality.
It’s been a hard habit for me to break tbh. I definitely don’t overload myself but a rest day often feels like I’m not doing enough. Which now that I think of it regeneration has been working on my “I need to be more productive” guilt. I think it can be hard to listen to intuition to slow down or listen less if there’s already an overwhelming emotional reaction or conditioning associated with not doing enough.

but porn consumption and masturbation has gone up. I don’t why now when running regeneration. Before this run, I had like no urges at all to watch or masturbate…maybe thats the reason for no sex dream I guess

You get the idea. Far as I can tell, rest days are as important as listening days.
Absolutely. We’ve been saying that all along. Rest days are for integration and objective analysis of results, since there’s no subliminal stimulus. This is the time when the results you’ve created can “lock in” through conscious action. Rest days are absolutely vital, especially on a title like this. Since it helps relax the nervous system so much, it’s good to see what your new baseline is.
Considering what popular science says about dreaming (consolidation and processing of the day’s information), it should click why this would occur. I would say that it does indicate processing of your experiences and responses to the title, but I wouldn’t necessarily take dreams alone as indication of it working on a deep level – though it COULD be.
Given that SubClub is about measurable and repeatable results, along with practicality, the number one indicator of clearing deep issues is… well, practical, measurable and repeatable results. So, it’s not that this CAN’T be an indicator of deep processing, we’ve strongly pivoted hard into “measurable and repeatable” results as the number one indicator of progress.
I think I have finally found my perfect stack for now.

Regeneration 30 sec + ASBR full, then 3-4 rest days
Regeneration 30 sec + WANTED full, then 5 rest days
…whole cycle takes approx. 2 weeks.

Processing is overall much smoother.
30 seconds are enough to build an internal emotional shield that is strong enough in order to not get pushed over by recon and in order to face the internal emotional turmoil.
The recon from WANTED and ASBR goes into deeper layers, especially at night during dreams.
Regeneration inspires and invites my conscious mind to just sit down and quitely meditate on what is being processed related to ASBR and WANTED.
It creates a feeling as if the “process of reconciliation” itself is entering my conscious mind and tries to include it in this whole process. It is as if my conscious mind is proactively being invited and being offered “a seat at the reconciliation table” together with my subconscious mind. My conscious mind is invited to proactively participate in that internal dialogue.
The process feels heavy, but I think that is because the whole reconciliation process was previously done by my subconscious mind completely isolated from the conscious mind.
Now that my conscious mind has the “Regeneration-Protection-Shield from strong emotions”, my conscious mind “is allowed” to participate in the reconciliation dialogue, observing the process through a protective glass.

I took a few days off for rest, completely unplanned but they kinda lined up that way.
Oh boy. I’ll say while actively listening to Regen the inner spa takes center stage and it’s great. But when the rest hits it’s very apparent it’s still a dragon reborn title. And you have to be careful because in my experience the inner spa can definitely mask just how much digging you might be doing at a subconscious level and queuing up for processing.
You can do a very small breakthrough loop to help with this. Like 5-7 seconds. That “refreshes” the Inner Spa and emotional guards without bringing up more for healing. This can used when you’re ready to drop the title and move on.
That’s the other one I actually had a question about. I’ve actually had a bad habit of staying on healing titles too long in the past almost as a way to procrastinate. Does this title have scripting to intuitively help you know when to move on to something else?
It doesn’t. One way to approach this is by regularly cycling it out every… 2 months or so (or every month, if you’d like) and gauging your progress. You’ll have to set some rather practical indicators of success. Something that allows you to truly measure progress. That way, you have some kind of empirical data to help you determine whether to move on or not.
How would healing from porn and masturbation look like on regeneration
Is it true that sometimes when you’re trying to heal something, it usually gets worse before it gets better
Asking because before adding regeneration to my stack, I had gone like a month and a half with no porn, it was smooth sailing, no urges then all of a sudden, it hit me like a ton of bricks. I found myself going back to porn and I’m guessing it’s working on something deep because my wanted name embed has stop porn and masturbation and so does my QTKS.
Could it be recon from adding in a new sub to my stack(I was running two subs before adding in regeneration ).

Can you still get results even when you feel like crap, feel like nothing is working or find yourself self sabotaging…basically when in recon during your run…I’ve been feeling depleted and just mentally drained…need some motivation
Results definitely still happen during those periods. It’s almost always getting a result out of the blue that snaps me out of my “nothing is working and I feel like shit” mindset. After a while those periods started to come less and less, and sometimes I even get excited that when things feel slow, they could be a calm before the storm kind of moment, since those definitely happen too.
