used CC 1 -3 min microloops for about a cycle previously.
For the first 2 weeks, it made me cold socially and double down on long term habits and strategies. I was still able to deliver while giving presentations. I had a lot of natural authority and respect, everyone called me sir and my word carried weight in team discussions and meetings with clients.
I knew that me being colder was a kind of recalibration to the script, so I just let it run its course and since the third week, things changed to me becoming super social with an easy smile always on my lips.
I was having great results socially and people loved to ask me for advice or just joke around to build rapport. That continued for the next 2 weeks till I changed to khan st1
I was making sound financial decisions on CC, advised my dad on certain long term investments, even bought a book to improve my management and leadership skills.
I also became friends with an older gentleman at work who has made a lifetime of good decisions and is an excellent mentor.
We just chat for a while, it doesn’t even look like a mentoring session but whatever he says is valuable advice backed by solid data.
Overall I would suggest to trust the sub and the new technology to work its magic. Just do microloops and give it time. the minimum is atleast a cycle.
I will come back to CC, after my khan runs to continue building long term habits that will last me a lifetime.
