Initial Impression
After 1 loop of this I felt a joy inside me that was quite liberating in feeling. Different from LBfH which was a loving kind of joy. I feel tranquil and calm in my mind, like for once my overthinking mind is taking a rest. I think this is what Sanguine was supposed to feel like when I tried it (didn’t work for me as effectively as this unfortunately). I am also noticing everything around me, reality feels sharper as if my vision has been cleared of cloudiness. So far so good.
Edit: I have come to realize that the sub has also helped a lot with regulation and management of emotions. I have a habit of suppressing or bottling them up but after my loop if feels all that baggage has disappeared. It is like a transmutation of sorts happened and they disappeared. Mindfulness too is effortless. I do meditate on and off but have never got any significant result in my mindfulness. This sub feels like a cheat code for it.

I ran one loop tonight, 40s.
Wondering if there’s something new in this tech. I’m having a fluidity to processing emotions I very rarely feel. It feels safe to explore them, I don’t know how else to describe it.

I agree deeply.
The new version doesn’t remove the old sections. It adds an additional one. The initial impressionistic Vision is at the beginning, followed by a series of pithy grounded specific feature descriptions; followed by a bulletpointed list of skimmable points. It’s pretty great, and once one gets used to it, one can focus in on the section that is most compatible with one’s current state of mind.
